AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
Nothing but cowboys who mis sell you scraps!!! Cars broken before you even leave! My cars been in & out of the garage more times than its been on the road. I have just gave the awful car back after three years of headaches with them (awful customer service also!!!), and i feel sooo good not having the headache with them & the car!! Please do not get into an agreement with these people! Worst mistake i ever made! How these are not shut down yet i have no idea! Please avoid at all costs! Disgusting!!

joke of a company , filed a default on my credit file even though they never wrote to me with the outstanding balance , I terminated my agreement with them due to the car been a joke , forever replacing parts , when the car went back for some reason the car went through an MOT 3 times in 2 months , when i called them they told me the outstanding balance and i asked them why they didn't write to me , and put this in default , all i get don't know mate , thanks
when i asked them how they come up with the outstanding balance and asked them how much the car was sold for in public auction ? they couldn't tell me that either . i said so the car could of been sold for 50k ( not that it would ) but I've just got to take your word for it . I am still now expected to pay just short of 3 k , somebody seriously needs to look into this very fishy company! for anybody who is reading this no matter how desperate you are to buy a car please dont go through this company it will bite you in the ass!

They helped me when no one would. But. The car: within a few weeks found out a slow puncture. It came with chips all over the windscreen. (It was raining when I got the car) they did get someone to fill the chips. The headlight started having condensation, took it to them 3 times in my warranty and no fault was found. Was told they’d extend my warranty til the winter months to see if ‘ using the light more would fix it ‘. It didn’t. Magically not been able to get hold of anyone, when I do, someone will call me, they don’t. Also the first month the EML came on. Took it to them. They found no fault. The next day my battery was dead. I’ve had the car 16 months. I love the car. But the people.. depends. Also agree. My car was 5k with 5k interest. I was told I could return it year 3. So we’ll see my situation at the time.

Me and my wife have a car with cls on finance for 16 months now and never had a issue with them or the car. Staff on end of phone always been very helpful. Thank you cls.

Brought a car through them had it for around 3 yrs paid the payments every month car gave me nothing but problems. Anyway I got my finance agreement out and in the contract agreement it clearly stated once paying 3/4 of the finance agreement you are entitled to return the vehicle and no money's will be owed AS LONG AS 3/4 of the loan finance had been paid. So with that I called them and they were very abrupt with me arguing with me saying I had to pay the balance owing I told them under the agreement I was in my right to terminate my finance and return the car. After about 8 phone calls later they gave me the address in which to return the car. They was not helpful in any way now I'm fighting them.again with them filing on my credit report as defaulted which I haven't due to finance agreement being full filled.
I highly recommend you stay clear of them I had to spend nearly £1500 extra on my car to fix it their warranties are worth nothing stay away from this cowboy outfit they only care about 1 thing getting there money and don't care how they get it

Hi all!!I have bought a car from these guys the cost was 4.500 and the interest was 5.000 !!!Anyway after few weeks my engine broke down and I sold it like parts!Since then i pay them every month and they didn't help me at all in this hard period of covid also i have my baby daughter in chemotherapy and they keep send letters if I delay the instalment for few days!!They are like italian mafia avoid!!!!!

Avoid this company! Had to get dpf cleaned on the car about 10 times also had a terra clean on car and still no better,when you try and contact the company you dont get a answer or they tell you theyll phone you back and never do sick of paying 200 pound every 2 weeks on this car to get the dpf cleaned!stopped payments they wont be getting another penny of me!! Cowboy company all they do is rush you when you go in to buy a car

I've phoned them every day since end of April but still no one on the end to pick up,at thebottom of there web site it says there in administration,

Has any body else had the same issues when contacting them etc please

Really unhappy had a car for over 6 months with nothing but problems and now dpf system has failed i have a disabled daughter and need a car to get around cant afford the amount it will cost to get it fixed now stuck with a car that is undrivable and no way of getting around

Went there got a Ford mondeo mk4 titanium front strut was gone sent back to Bristol garage lent me the car that had bold tyres and cv joint noise (death trap) they said there ain't nothing wrong with the stut so took it back to the cls Bristol lot showed him the strut was gone did not listen to me and got in my face. So took it to my local garage and he rang them up and told them that the stut was gone and how did that pass the mot as soon as my half way on the contract was up I sent the car back. I went out and brought my own car Audi a4 no problems with it so they car stick there cars up where the sunshine is

Haven’t been able to get a hold of them for for weeks now to make payment. They have affected my credit score as they won’t answer a simple call.

Do not buy from these people.
We have had our car two months and it now cant be driven.
They have said the garage is closed, told me to take it to a garage now with an outstanding balance left they said they would pay.
I am now left with a broken car and a high repayment.

Steer clear unless you want to buy a clocked car

Trying to sort my payments out with current situation (corona virus) very very rude!! No help at all very shocking made me feel like crap had to hang up phone!! Never use this company

In current situation (Coronavirus). This is the only disgusting company I have contacted unwilling to help me while out of work. Absolutely no help whatsoever just rude and arrogant

Rude arrogant lady on the phone after phoning 3 times today and having the phone put down on me, they phoned back she was rude belittled me and being told contradicting information constantly. They have told be to contact the car sales company and after them not replying for 2 weeks I'm in the wrong because my son has been in hospital on oxygen how am I meant to drive 40 mins there to have the car fixed. Disgusting wish I'd never entered an agreement with both CLS and Concept car credit!

Fantastic company, I got a great deal with my car, also customer care is great, very understanding and will go right out of there way to help resolve any issues. Highly recommended company.
