Very bad experience by buying a product here. I made this order on 9th June 2019 and till today (10th July 2019) I didn't receive my product. I called twice to customer support and they are saying the same thing as they say to other customers. They said that "Our whole lot of product is under clearance and it has not cleared yet at Delhi airport". How does the end customer know what is clearance? The customer has an only concern with estimated delivery for what they have informed, but till that time they never receive the product.

They are providing product on affordable rate but their delivery service is very very bad.

My recommendation is, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM CLUB FACTORY.

If others faced the same issue, please write your review here or on Glassdoor and any other review portal so the team of club factory knows about their very bad delivery service.

I am.not able to return my order, there is no feedback taken once I receive my order. All reliable online shopping sites take feedback.

This is my first time to order at club factory but unfortunately it’s not good. I have an order from this company. 13-18 days estimated time for delivery but I ordered march 18 it’s already april 10 (24 days). Someone call me april 1 to tell me that my order was arrived at saudi arabia makkah. She asking me if i want to deliver it today i said yes but its been 10 days that i am waiting for nothing..😤

Club factory is pathetic, unprofessional cheaters.They take money in advance and cancel the order without informing the customer...
They haven't returned my money since 2 months...
Never trusting you guys again...

I can't able to contact wth the customer care even after a long try... we want to exchange a parcel but are unable to do so.

Very disappointed from club factory
I purchased handfree for rupees 393 which was too bulky and I got this after 20 day of the order
And I raised it to return firstly they charge 90 rs for pickup and then they return me 290 rupees for it as they are dealing in USD

Everything was poor I don't know why this app and site is working in INDIA if they are using foreign currency use to return
But taking order in indian currency

Waste service. I ordered socks holder and they shipped something else. I returned the order but still showing ordered delivered.

They have send me a empty parcel. What you think about people. Do you guys think as we are fools. Going to register compliant on club factory. Don't buy any product in club factory

Worst experience.
They send Extra Small size on ordering Medium.
After returning the product I did not receive my refund.
Another order got stuck at customs from last 2 months.
Now they cancelled the order and I guess again I will not get a refund.
You dont even get through their customer care.

I ordered one jacket size was loose so I requested for return, I already handed over jacket to the delivery boy. But again I got message that plz submit a new pick up request. It's been more than 20 days I didn't get my refund money.

this company is fraud m.gonna report for that

fraud cheeter no product delevery since one month fake discount offer making foolish no one buy any single rupees product from club factory very poor customer service it totally roght chinees always chinees

There is no score available less then 1,otherwise i would have given -1.
I have not seen such a bad eCommerce site ever.Quality is cheap.Even their return service is just a way of cheating customers.Please be aware of this fraud company and never buy from this site.

I have bought goods worth around £75 and most of the products are damaged, broken and non working.

The quality of the products are really poor. This seems to be clearing website of left over and outdated products.

Customer service@ I can not believe the way they are managing. Only way is to chat. The chat is not live. Every time diff agent. Same question been answered again and again. It looks like robot. No resolution till date.

Fed up and writeoff my money.

I have no patience any more.
