Club Mac

Club Mac, what can I say… we visited in October 2025 and never again!

The main selling points were family friendly, and the water park and the pools, whilst the water park is cool, and you get free entry, the sun beds, lockers and food/drinks are extra. There’s also several photographers, €10 per digital photo you buy.

Good points - friendly staff, free access to the water park, free shuttle bus to the beach, reasonably priced shop on site. Spar shop just over the road. Free safe in room.

Bad points - we’re not snobs by a long shot, but it’s like the worst of British all holiday in the same place, at the same time! There’s rubbish everywhere, no matter how many times I saw staff sweeping and picking it up. I’ve never seen so many families getting blind drunk whilst their kids do whatever the hell they like, including trashing the hotels property!
The parents get blind drunk slurring swear words at their children, whilst other children (8/9 years old) are breaking the stadium style seats at the entertainment and commenting ‘what the f##k are you looking at? You d***head!’. Heaven forbid they should watch their kids, half the time most people don’t know where their children are, they treat the whole holiday as kids club for adults to get drunk, sunbath and do wtf they like whilst their children run riot.

Noise, just wow, all day and night, for 14 nights 😳 drunken arguments, kids banging and kicking others doors, screaming in corridors, shouting, fighting… need I go on? We moved rooms (and blocks) the first week because of the sheer amount of noise and what sounded like the neighbour hitting partner and/or child. The second block was the same, but after complaining to Jet2 several times, we gave up and accepted defeat whilst counting down the days to fly home! Jet2 said they could see if they could get us a flight home if they had to, but we would have to pay for it.

Drinks - The €1 for a card that you exchange for a plastic cup didn’t bother us, however, the state of some of the cups was disgusting! I don’t wear lipstick so I can guarantee it wasn’t my lipstick on the cup! The drinks themselves are watered down and depending on which bar you go to, the 7up tastes like stale water. The drinks from the bars inside the restaurants seem to be a lot nicer/less watered down, unless that’s just because you get a real glass so it tastes better.

The rooms, a lot smaller than they look in pictures, the balcony doors in Jupiter block DO NOT LOCK, which isn’t great with a child! No hot water in the bathroom tap. And the bath takes forever to drain, which also then comes up through the floor drain! The “lock” on the main door in the room, pointless, as soon as you/ the cleaners scan the card to get in, it unlocks anyway!

Mosquitos - wow, they’re never ending and we tried several different things to stop them! Worse around the lake area but we found out whilst away, that the hotel is build on what used to be waste land, so apparently that’s why there’s so many.

The smell - if you like the smell of sewage, here’s the place to be! regardless of the rainfall, it’s a daily thing, and you can often smell it in your room. If that’s not bad enough, the neighbours smoke weed on their balcony and stink your room out with it too! They didn’t take the hint when our 7 year old loudly announced what is that smell, it stinks. I can’t blame her though!

Illegal street sellers - you get them everywhere, but these delightful ones allegedly sell drugs too, literally just outside the hotel entrance!

Sickness and diarrhoea - the whole family came down with it, which turned out to be norovirus, but I’m not surprised with the kids touching all the food on the buffet, regardless of there being signs saying kids are not allowed to serve themselves, we saw several children touch food, or several pieces of food, before choosing which bit, if any, they wanted. There was cold “hot” food, and a large amount of flies. And the noise in the dining halls is something else! I’d recommend noise cancelling headphones for everyone, but especially for anyone that is neurodivergent and struggles! Oh and the jugs of water on the table, sometimes they get changed, sometimes they don’t 😳

I feel the hotel has potential, if the clientele weren’t so awful, the staff try their best but honestly, half of them look broken!

To finish this off, I would not call it family friendly, think of the program Benidorm, but worse. To sum up our 2 weeks, we all can home more tired than before we went! We were stressed out, depressed and wanted to go home after the first day.

Jet2 responded to my complaint with a long winded “sorry but it’s not our fault” email

Bed bugs, HFMD, awful… AVOID!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Club Mac and all I can say is thank god we didn’t book for longer. The drain/sewage smell inside our room was awful, overall the place felt grubby, the room was tiny and balcony was ridiculously small. It was so loud at night with screaming children running through corridors at 1am and the majority of the staff were miserable. The food in the restaurant was terrible so we mainly stuck to the snack bar and ate out a fair bit.

AND TO FINISH IT OFF…

My 12 year old was covered in bed bug bites and my 7 year old caught hand, foot and mouth disease.

THE VERY FEW PLUS SIDES…

The kids enjoyed the pool tables, air hockey and tennis courts. The location is okay, about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Old town is beautiful and costs under €10 to get there in a taxi.

Just arrived back after 10 days here.

Just arrived back after 10 days here..
here’s our review of the hotel.

Check in - check in was easy, rooms wasn’t ready at the point of arrival so needed to wait around for a hour or so, there was a luggage room to put all luggage in. We went and had a look around grabbed some food & was given our rooms.

Rooms - They are TINY! worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in by far!! Considering this hotel caters for families, they really haven’t accommodated for families. We had 5 people in our room. 2 adults, 2 children & 1 toddler and we were given a room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 travel cot. We asked reception to change our room and they said I would accrue a charge of nearly €900. €87 per night.

Cleaners / cleanliness - Cleaners came daily, apart from the day after we arrived, standard clean didn’t always change bedding but they made the beds. The grounds were tidy. One thing I will say is 3 of our children came down with bad cases of hand foot and mouth, one of the children ended up in hospital with it. - we were told when we left our rooms they were going to be shut off for 2/4 days for deep cleaning and isolation to stop the spread. My sister asked this morning for late check out and they refused to give her it as the room was then being taken by someone that same afternoon. - even after we were told it needed to be closed down for a deep clean and isolation. 🫣 so if you are there with children please look out for the signs of hand foot and mouth as it is very rife there!

Mosquitoes - WOWOWOWWW never seen anything like it, as a group of 30 we all got ate alive even with trying to avoid the circus entertainment. No treatment works, no avoiding them in my opinion.

Pools and sunbeds - pools are freezing, but wasn’t unbearable, always managed to get a sunbed no matter what time of the day we went to the pool. Some good pools there. 🙂

Food- The food wasn’t as great as we thought it was going to be, unless you like living off pizza, nuggets & chips. I’m a fussy eater as well as my children and had to eat out 5 times. Burger snack bar was phenomenal, we really enjoyed that, same as the pizza van that was really enjoyable. Breakfast was very repetitive, but we made it work.

Entertainment - The circus was where the main entertainment is, we didn’t tend to go over there as that’s where the mosquitoes are rife, so we stayed by Saturno each night, every night was a different singer/music was very chill.

Noise Levels - This is the noisiest hotel we’ve ever been to, and we’ve been going abroad every year for the past 9 years, never known anything like it. (Yes you can say you get what you pay for, but I’ve paid less and got better elsewhere) we stayed in Marte and every night until 2/3am we had people running up and down the corridor, banging on walls, stamping on the ground, having a full on conversations outside rooms. No consideration for anyone that could be asleep. Also, the entertainment being right outside the hotel rooms was a bit of a pain when the baby was poorly but otherwise it was never an issue.

Overall, we had a good time and made the most of what we had; but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and will not be back. 😀

We were very skeptical of going on this…

We were very skeptical of going on this holiday due to the mixture of reviews, however we have had an amazing week at Club Mac! We were a party of 8 - 5 adults and 3 children and there were things to suit us all! The complex consists of 3 hotels, at least 7 pools ranging from very very shallow for little ones to very deep for adults and children who can swim very well. There were pool activities including an inflatable slide, aqua fitness and ball games. The entertainers were amazing, laughing and joking with the kids and even playing in the water too! Staff were all super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food choices were good for everyone, they have multiple themed nights including Chinese and Indian. The selection was good for both children and adults especially fussy eaters. They even have a ‘late dinner’ which operates from 10pm - midnight which is amazing if you’re hungry or are a late arrival! Room was cleaned each day, fresh towels topped up and toilet roll. Complimentary drinks in the fridge for the premium room considered of water, Pepsi and san Miguel. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner in the shower also. Spare blankets in the wardrobe if you get cold too. Entertainment was great, karaoke night on a Saturday was so fun, bingo every night in the circus and a kids disco. There’s a spar over the road as well as a shop on site. There’s a hairdressers on site offering all different things including braiding for as little as 12 euros - this is open until late. They have kids bars open all day until late, they also have a burger van down by the lake which is open 12:30/4 and consists of chicken nuggets, chips, burgers all wrapped up like fast food which you can take anywhere to eat. The Swan boats on the lake are free between 10am and 12pm. We learnt that there is a snake living in the lake but it doesn’t bite! The children’s rides and bouncy castles are very good to keep the little ones entertained between activities, also a a children’s park on site too! Lots of activities, like shooting area, football, ping pong, pool tables and arcade games. Check out is at 11am which is good to get breakfast and be able to shower, they have a luggage room as well. One of our room keys were lost and there was no problem in replacing it. The only issue is the mosquitos but that’s because this used to be a swamp, they are worse down at the lake and circus area so make sure you have repellent and candles. One of the staff said there is still more to come but they already offer loads! They have multiple stalls on an evening offering the fish that eat dead skin, portraits, Nutella crepes, jewellery, homemade gifts and much more! The waterpark over the road is amazing! Plenty to do! You have to pay for the sun loungers which worked out just under 6 euros per one and for drinks over there but that was a good day out! It was a bit confusing on arrival about the cup situation but basically, you pay a euro deposit and in return you get a card - you give this card to the bars to get a drink, when you are finished get your card back and keep hold of it until the end of your holiday at which point you return the card to the reception desk and get your euros back. Works at keeping the wastage of cups and mess reduced but is hard to understand when you first check in. Bedroom tax is about 15 euros per adult in the room. Overall a great holiday with plenty to do, we were never hungry or bored and the kids loved it! The reviews you have to take with a pinch of salt as everyone has their own idea of a good holiday! We will be returning :)

I would love to have giving the hotel…

I would love to have giving the hotel more stars as the staff were fab the hotel itself great for kids with loads to do and I feel sorry for them to be honest with the people that go there and what they have to deal with.
I would never call out a certain group but the English groups were so bad . I witnessed a 2 yr old child go missing for about 45 mins while her parents and there large party sat at d adult bar all night getting drunk barely looking for the child. The bar man found this 2 yr old child in the child pool at 10pm the pool where she was found was no were near the adults bar she wad found at d Jupiter pool while the parents and there group sat and drank at Saturn . Grown men and woman falling into the restaurant absolutely stupid drunk at lunch time.
Another evening my partner went for water I was taking my 2 kids to there room when a man absolutely out of he's mind got into the same elevator he began talking to the corner if the elevator lifting he's top slapping he's chest shouting he took them all on . I had ti take the kids and run as they were terrified . Hand foot and mouth is rampant there over the summer . My baby cought it and was so so sick for days we were not able to fly home so went to reception thinking id get a discount as he 100% cought it at the hotel I got€20 off only which I was shocked

Wow what a horrific holiday!!

Wow what a horrific holiday!!! I will start with the positives as there are not many. Hotel was great, especially for young kids and families. Lots of activities each day for them, access to the waterpark was also very good. We went with our 10yr old son and he was happy, lots to do and with being all inclusive, he could go up anytime, day or night and have snacks, ice cream and juices. Hotel staff were lovely, hotel was also lovely so no fault there at all. Food was ok, we were there for 9nights and plenty of options for each meal time.
The negatives only come from the hotels clientele. It was mayhem, families of like 14/16 people, all rowdy, all letting their kids run riot. Entertainment was totally abysmal as well. Karaoke singers and a parrot show etc, ok for maybe under 8s but kids aged older thought it was bad also.
Adults screaming and fighting and arguing constantly. Noises in each corridor at night and sometimes all night, was brutal to get to sleep. If you have ever seen the TV Series 'Shameless'? Imagine all the characters from this all going on holiday, well most families were like this. The mum, the dad, disabled gran and grandad, aunts and uncles all looking the same, with 8/9 kids from ages of 3-15 all running about with their mum and 3 different dads.
Most women there were all size 16 plus with tattoos all over them while smoking rollups and enjoying the free booze while the kids running around mental.
To me it seemed as if all the clientele were born on the ugly tree, then all fell out skelping every branch on the way down and then each and every one of them were kicked through Primark and Shein for their holiday clobber!! And then they proceed to go to the beach where every female looking member of the family between 4 and 65 all get matching braids. While all the men stay at the hotel in their hawaiin shirts and sketchers watching the kids who are all magically named Courtney, Caitlin, Chantelle, Charmain, Cara, Caleb, Cooper, Callum, Chanel, Chloe etc.
Mosquitos were a joke also, loads of bites daily, covered in them.
The full place smell like the sewers constantly as well. Its coming out the drains in your hotel room, all the drains round the pools also, its a horrendous vile smell that put you off the full place.
If you like going away with a full family, like free booze, boring entertainment and love to let your kids run riot while you enjoy the free booze, then this is the holiday for all of you's, especially if you's love a rowdy family argument in front of everyone.
But if your a normal holiday goer like myself, love a holiday, nice weather, no bites, good entertainment, great food etc, then please please please, save your money and go elsewhere, this place is nuts.
ClubMac? Should be ClubChav!!
Horrible Holiday and even if it was free, I wouldn't go.

So this is my honest review of clubmac

So this is my honest review of club mac.. we spent 10 days here as a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids (10&7) this is a long one sorry 😅 but I'm trying to be as thorough as possible.
The transfer took us just under 2 hours, we arrived at the hotel around 2.45 ish, check in was easy and quick and he was very helpful even at that time in the morning. So the Sunday was our first full day, which was our daughter's 10th birthday. We went to the foam party which was brilliant both kids absolutely loved it and so did dad 😂 when we went back to the room the hotel had left little gifts and a card for our daughter which was a lovely gesture. The room itself was spotless, we had issues with the air con one night but they quickly brought us a fan until morning when it was fixed, we had an issue with the door one day but again that was fixed quickly and the power did go out one day too but as before it was back on quick enough. None of that really caused major issues for us. Cleaners where there nearly everyday, I was worried about things going missing but nothing did (as I'd previously read things) We tried all the restaurants, for us personally we preferred Jupiter it's bigger and seemed more choice, yes it's more busy but nothing like I'd read and we went at all different times, I think if you go looking for bad you'll eventually find it! Loved all the pools, we could always find beds even if it wasn't exactly where we wanted them, there was only 1 time I'd sent the other half down early on the morning to get particular ones as it was our 2nd from last day.. we'd done the rounds and that was our favourite spot. The drinks at the bars.. the sex on the beach was my favourite but it wasn't the same at all bars even though it was out of the machine 🤷‍♀️ so I'd tend to stick to that bar.. personal preference of course but we preferred Jupiter bar, the drinks just seemed nicer. Entertainment by the lake.. we went to bingo (no win for us 😫) as stated above the foam party was brilliant, the kids loved the mechanical bull our daughter was so good on it! We watched the Freddie tribute and he actually wasn't to bad. I tried the strawberry daiquiris from the bar you have to pay at and oh my life.. they're the best thing I've ever tasted!! Other than the singers/movies/and a kids disco nothing much more is free.. the bull is payable, the little jeeps, the candyfloss/popcorn all at a cost.
Burger and pizza van, an absolute hit with everyone, whatever they put on those chips is addictive! We went a good few times and it's a great thing if like mine your kids sleep in a few mornings and you miss breakfast. The staff at the hotel for the majority was always happy and helpful (couple that was miserable) they are always on the go keeping the place clean and tidy, which is needed as we noticed not everyone cleans up after themselves 🤷‍♀️ it did rain a couple of times while there but they had entertainment going inside so that was good for the younger kids. We did go to the waterpark a couple of times and that was so good, we used the beach bus a couple of times, the beach is one of the best we've ever seen! We met some lovely families and everyone we spoke to was super friendly. We did hear of kick offs and things like that but we honestly never seen anything, so it can't have been that bad 😏
The kids had a turn of those inflatable balls on the water and they are payable to, 7 euro if I remember correctly. All in all the kids absolutely loved it and hated that we had to come home. We would definitely recommend and return. As for mosquito's, me and the kids don't get bit but the other half does.. mainly on a night and if we went close to the lake, also when we went out for food a couple of nights so it's not just at club mac. I think I remembered everything 🤣 oh the room itself was plenty enough. Balcony a little small especially with loads of floaties on but we made it work.

Very disappointed!

Lots to do but constantly fully booked so expect to wait for everything. Full of travellers that were fighting and arguing constantly. Sewage leak one day, gas leak the next. Pool closure. Jet2 rep was unable to tell me where the medical station was.
Drinks are limited to 1 shot in a “rented” pint glass you have to carry round or no service. Food was ok but everyone got sick. When I spoke to Jet2 I was told “ viruses can be rife amongst guests”! Staff refused to let us take bread to the room for them and insisted the came to the restaurant to eat!
I have just had a follow up call 6weeks later and because the hotel haven’t replied to any comments. There is no evidence and the case is closed!
£1500 for 1 adults and a 10 year old for 7 days and I was I’d holidayed in a caravan or gone with a more reputable company. Don’t waste your money.

Disgusting beyond belief

This review could not wait till we got home... so after arriving at club mac neatly a week a go first impressions was it looks absolutely lovely nice big open plan kinda resort everything you need ab
And more all kid friendly huge family resort perfect!! How wrong was I... so initially booked myself. another adult and 6 kids costing nearly 5 grand ok abit pricey but all inclusive or so ww thought... wrong again . So overpriced it was ridiculous the food wasn't great the room that was supposed to have 2 double beds in and a cot to accomadate me and 4 of my children.. it had 1 double bed and 1 single bed to which I had to ask 4 times for a cot then the next thing was it tool them till the Saturday to change the sheets (came on Thursday) but they didn't change the beds or emptied any bin or give any clean towels he just made the beds thetr was still watermelon on the sheets from the baby's dinner. So after another 3 days of awful service totally rude workers who looked down at you but tonight topped it off so we are currently still at club mac tull Thursday morning which can't come quick enough.. we have attended the circus bar tonight to watch a show all kid friendly might I add again. So my 8 year old needed the toilet.. but a fully grown arae man who clearly thought it was acceptable to get that drunk and spew all over my son his clothes his legs his trainers everywhere in front of people... absolutely sickened to the stomach and the only response iv had from anyone that works hetr is 'what do you want me to do about it' I am beyond fuming so this review was not waiting DO NOT come here and waste your money

Two stars mostly got the lovely staff…

Two stars mostly for the lovely staff and child friendly activities! Otherwise, If Benidorm is your vibe then this is the place for you! TONS of Irish Travellers and British, it felt like I never left the UK. Personally my idea of hell, just surrounded by a bunch of rowdy, uncultured, entitled people. I stayed in a 3 star hotel in February in Barcelona and the standard of the room/hotel/clientele was miles better than this one, you’re put into a small, semi-clean room with four people on two double beds, the first time the cleaner came he/she didn’t even sweep the dead bugs that were in plain sight in the bathroom, we put out wet towels on the balcony assuming they would be changed, but they only touched the ones in plain sight inside the room…shocking! These are all basic things I would expect from a 3 star stay. There were plenty of food choices, without offending the chefs because I truly appreciate how much hard work it must be to fee so many mouths! Meals were mostly bland but I suppose they’re just catering to their target audience 😂 Now onto the positives! I couldn’t fault the staff, all very friendly! LOTS of great activities for children, both free and paid (the paid attractions like the bouncy castles I don’t agree with considering you already pay a shit ton of money to stay here) the hotel is in a beautiful location with mountains in the background, close to the beach which they offer a free shuttle to! But it’s also walkable (about 15 minutes walk). Mallorca itself is beautiful, I definitely recommend branching out of the hotel and seeing Palma and Alcudia, don’t be afraid to miss meal times! You’re not missing much anyway! And this way you get to immerse yourself in a little bit of local culture if that’s your vibe of course, which to be honest you could tell straight away what the target audience was from the moment you step into the resort, again if this is your standard you’ll be fine but a massive shock to those of us who aren’t used to this kind of crowd/standard!

Spent 1 day and 1 night at that hotel…

Spent 1 day and 1 night at that hotel then forced jet2 to move me the following day
Was staying with my 16 month old baby didn’t sleep once all night from the shouting cheering smashing stuff about in rooms and down near the pool table. People running up and down corridors until 3am.
Went down to reception in the middle of the night to ask them do something about the noise as the phone lines were ringing engaged because that many people were calling about the noise and saw that they had gangs of lads and gypos all sat in the hallways and round the pool table drinking smoking weed
They had 1 security guard who obviously just got laughed at so they had no control over the situation and the receptionist said to me this happens every night and the police get called out multiple times so it will quiet down eventually (it only started to quiet down at 3am)
When I was on way back to my room there was a man chasing a women and her kids down the corridor covered in blood and I could hear him beating her up then loads of other travellers come running in and out of that room when I tired getting back into my room where my partner was with my baby that same man covered in blood tried pushing himself into my room
We had to ring jet2 who called the police for us because the room phone wouldn’t work
Honestly worse hotel I have ever stayed at the place needs shutting down
Even through the day it’s just full of people drinking bottles of spirit getting ridiculous pissed not watching their kids
Bottles rubbish all round the beds round the pool
As soon as we got there I knew it wasn’t going to be good but I just didn’t realise how unsafe that place is and it’s advertised as a family friendly place!!

Family fun at Club Mac!

Absolutely LOVE Club Mac. Have been 3 times and every time it’s been a fabulous holiday.
Fun, kids love it and there is food for everyone. The burgers and chips are great during the day as I found lunch the worst meal in the main restaurant but still is brilliant. My boys have the best time when we go.
The water park admission is a great addition to the hotel, we tend to go afternoon most days and it’s just great to end the day having fun before getting ready for dinner.
Entertainment is good too. I think we just have the best time on holiday at Club Mac.

Not for quiet adult holidays

I spent a week here in October 2024, with my sister and her family. I normally travel alone and avoid hotels popular with British tourists, so I know this has definitely skewed my opinion of some of the elements of this hotel so have rated it average.

PROS
- Easy to navigate for such a large hotel complex
- Lovely lake area, nice for a late afternoon or early evening stroll
- Free access to water park just across the road (the kids loved this)
- Very friendly and helpful staff
- Large variety of food which changed on a daily basis.
- Very nice breakfast
- Inclusive WiFi
- Good location to walk into Old Town or to the harbour and also to catch the bus into other areas of the island.
- Had a lovely mountain view towards old town.

CONS
- Far too many Brits. I didn't feel like I was overseas until I travelled away from the area.
- Very little choice with drinks for alcohol free adults (other all inclusive resorts I've stayed in have provided mocktails).
- Food was often quite bland
- Have to keep a cup for all inclusive drinks - a real pain in the neck, never had this anywhere before and really didn't like this.
- Walls of hotel rooms like paper, can hear everything from either side and even above. Noise from children running up and down corridors and screaming and shouting all night also didn't help.
- Constant smell of cannabis wafting into room.
- Air con did not work
- Room cleaning wasn't great.
- I've never seen such a small balcony at any hotel before.

I did have a lovely holiday as I was able to explore the island, but this is not a hotel that I would revisit. It was my sister and her family's second time here and I know they love all the facilities for families at the hotel including the entertainment.

All in All we really enjoyed our stay

Recently returned from a week in October at Club Mac. I'd read reviews beforehand and just my partner and I stayed. Firstly, we found the rooms and areas always clean and tidy. The staff are all very friendly and couldn't do more to help. The food choices differed every day especially with the hot show areas. Yes they put on salads and a variety of food just for kids every day but always found something to eat which was hot and tasty. They may just use a little too much garlic in some foods, not to my taste. The restaurants do a different theme night every night. The rooms are a reasonable size, our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, just could do with a little attention to the floor tiles. The shower over the bath was excellent and powerful. Plenty of daytime activities for kids, the pools are mainly for kids too but the adult pools were good with separate terrace area where we lounged as it was a bit quieter. Loads to do in terms of rifle shooting, archery, table tennis, pool tables, football, tennis courts. Special Club Mac bus every half hour to the beach, no charge. Or walk it in about 20 minutes. The water park over the road is fun, we had a great time. Free entry for club mac all inclusive, about 7 euros for a locker with key pad so can go in and out whenever, if you want sunbed also have to pay extra and also for food and drinks. We just left the water park and popped back to hotel for lunch. Evening entertainment excellent, all tribute acts in Circus Bar, Tina Turner Michael Jackson Bob Marley and more. Live professional singers in the quadrangle between hotels. The lake has pedalos, these are free between 10am and 1pm. The min train runs 3-4pm and the mini golf is great fun, when down by the lake or by the golf, archery and shooting areas be sure to apply your mosquito repellent, you will need it in those areas particularly. All in all we had a good stay. Rated a 4 simply because we experienced some noise as the room walls appear very thin and the balconies are really small. Also sometimes the smell of drains was quite unpleasant, and for all inclusive drinks they are strict on measures, just finally, we'd go again but we'd definitely take the kids and grandchildren they'd love it especially the free ice cream and range of pools and activities. Thanks to the team they really look after their guests !! We had a good time. Oh and as it was my birthday while away, they knocked the door with a bottle of bubbly in ice with glasses and personal written birthday wish, a lovely touch and unexpected. The staff even sang happy birthday in the evening.
