Have played three other times and we loved it. This time (May 25th) there was nothing, no pre game email, no customer service on the day of the game, no response to my emails. I will be demanding my money back.

My husband purchased the pass for us to play today’s event (May 25, 2024) last year as a gift for me and has been something we were both looking forward to all year. We never received our access code or information the week in advance and have spent the last 2 days trying to reach the company so that we could play. There has been no responses via email or Facebook.
We had previously played 3 other times and had a blast. It is extremely shameful that their customer service has become so terrible. And that we (and several other friends who had also purchased to play today) have been ignored. Will never purchase again.

Normally have a great time. But didn’t get to do this one because I never received my code. Bought tickets and costumes and didn’t get to play my team was very disappointed. No reply to any emails or facebook messages. Not normal but I guess the new company they hired for customer service isn’t doing their jobs!

In September 2023 I paid for a ticket to today’s (May 25) event and have received absolutely no communication about it, so I am not able to participate. I have sent numerous emails to have my pregame brief sent and all have been ignored. They have sent me an over abundance of marketing emails since I bought a ticket but are seemingly unable to email the crucial details for an event I paid for. Judging from their Facebook page, this has happened to numerous others from multiple locations for today’s events. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be signing up for one of their events again. I would exercise extreme caution before engaging with this company.

Some sort of scam I suppose? Paid a lot of money and did not recieve a code to participate in the game, or any other instructions. The company did not answer emails when I asked for the "code" or instructions. Don't waste your time and money on this.

The app is very glitchy. Had to pause it, and when I tried to unpause, it wouldn’t work, so we incurred three 20 minute penalties. Not as advertised. Save your money.

It was so fun and great exercise! The mystery was interesting to solve and I'm definitely going again. Everywhere we went was wheelchair accessible and was easy to get too. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Quick and helpful spport

Very dissatisfied with the experience. I was expecting some decorations in town but there was nothing, all on the app, mostly reading with “decor” only seen through the phone camera. Could be majorly improved with more visuals around town and interactive items around town. Not a single person dressed up.

Amazing customer service and 2 out of 3 games I've played have been really fun. Witchcraft & Wizardry didn't have as many puzzles and riddles as the earlier ones (The Ripper and Alice in Wonderland) and because of that me and my team didn't like it as much. Frankly we thought is was a bit boring with mostly walking around to different locations. Up your standards and make more puzzles and riddles and make them harder again and we will consider going back for another run.

Fast and super friendly help! I did not receive my code and within 10 minutes they emailed me everything I needed and more!!! Wonderful!! These games are super fun and will do more in the future!!

Great concept. Wonderful customer service. The experience is what you make it. I have been blown away by how responsive, polite, and solution-oriented their whole team has been (despite being over the pond).

My Book Club group thought this would be a fun activity so we signed up. First time for all of us. It was definitely a learning experience since it was our first time, but it was so much fun. Definitely would recommend this for a group outing.

We went into this not knowing at all what to expect. Sure, they give directions and have an FAQ, but still... It's different than anything we've ever done as a family. My husband, adult son, and I took our dog in downtown Kansas City to do the Crime Scene Investigation game, and it was SO MUCH FUN.

It was pretty easy to follow along with, the puzzles varied from very easy to a little challenging, but in the end, we got them all between the three of us. It was a lot of walking for my husband and son (I'm in a wheelchair, so there was a lot of pushing involved as well.), but we got to see more of our city's downtown than we've gotten to see before. We ran into more than a handful of other groups participating, and that was really fun to see.

Overall, we had a ton of fun and can't wait to do it again. We'll remember things like sunscreen, and seeing some of the other groups with matching shirts, I plan to make shirts or matching baseball caps for us. We can't wait. So fun!

There is nothing immersive about this game. It’s basically Pokémon-Go that is Harry Potter themed. No characters, no clues about how to start, expects you to walk around in the rain with your phone out. What an absolute rip-off.

We’ve done 3 of these games so far and it’s a great interactive game for the whole family. Some are harder/easier than others but all are a fun mix of technology and being outdoors! Love the costumes too!

CluedUpp Game is fantastic!! We enjoyed every minute during last week CSI Valletta Malta game and I highly recommend to everyone who likes some challenge and fun, to take part :), Keep it up CluedUpp team.

For the past 4 years my family has participated in CluedUpp games and it’s been a blast. Now it’s a family tradition! We love walking around downtown all dressed up and having people ask us what we’re doing and even taking our picture. We are spreading the word how fun it is. We will be playing next year!

The games are always interesting. We've done a few and they're always different in terms of types of questions along with themes.
It's a fun family day out. The kids and adults both enjoy the puzzles.
If there's ever any issue, the customer service team is outstanding. The email responses are so fast.

Only virtual and not real interaction with the city. Very disappointing of the adventure. Not a real escape just a virtual game where you have to walk.
