My dress came and it’s perfect, exactly how it looks in the advertisement. I was nervous from the bad reviews, and the shipping details took a few days to come through but they stayed in contact and the dress arrived within 2 weeks.

I ordered from this website waited for my delivery. All the way they gave me updates then said it was delivered and it wasn't. So I contacted them again then they said they would deliver again and again I received nothing. They want to keep you waiting and then they said I they will give me 70% of my money back. I expect to receive nothing. This has been a month and a half process and now they want me to wait 15 days for my refund. Don't order from this site. It's totally a scam. Take it from a person that has been scammed.

I ordered what looked like a very pretty dress. I waited a long time to receive notice of its shipment. I finally did after a time. Then all of a sudden, got a message that the item was returned to sender?!! I did not receive my item. I’m waiting for my bank statement to ensure I was not charged or in any event, credited

I have ordered a jacket from this company and I’m still waiting on it to be delivered I can’t seem to get in touch with them as there is no way to track your parcel

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a dress, paid for EXPRESS shipping, it never came until after Christmas (12/20/23) and was sized so wrong. Top huge, bottom tiny. Tried to ask for a refund on a 80$ bill, explaining that it was supposed to be here before Christmas and was offered $10!!! After I said no, they offered 30$ or I was told I could mail it back to Dubai and pay for shipping myself, which I paid 15$ to have it shipped express to start with! They say they are in USA but want me to send it back to Dubai!!!!!!!!!! DON"T BE SCAMMED

I’ve had the three dresses I ordered for about 5 weeks now and I wear them all the time. Every time I wear them I get so many compliments! They are light weight and perfect to dress up or down. I would definitely recommend!

Avoid at all cost!! Sizes are completely off and customer service is nonexistent! I have been attempting to return or exchange dresses purchased for refund following the written instructions on the website for over a month. First they try to ignore the request to return, and then low ball the customer by trying negotiate offering a ridiculous amount to go away. 5% of the total offer. Then when you realize you will never get a full refund and agree to an amount, they never send you the credit. This website is a total scam!! STAY AWAY!! I have reported to the BBB for what it is worth. It is a shame because the quality of the dresses were very nice; it is that the sizing is just way off. I would give less than a 1 star if allowed.

I was hesitant to order from this website. I figured it was a scam. But, I was pleasantly surprised. All three dresses were lovely and fit perfectly.

Once ordered a couple of well-priced pieces from another company online, manufactured off-shore, arrived after months and didn’t even resemble the photos. These items are made in South Carolina and are truly as cute as the photos! I only wish they made more dresses for thin women, but I am very pleased.

Do NOT order from this company!!! I have sent four requests for a return label and form to complete for a refund!!! When they FINALLY responded, they were going to refund one-fourth of the cost. Still dealing with them. Ridiculous!

Forget any exchange or return.
I ordered 3 dresses. One of them is really nice and the size is good, but the others are either too small, or the proportions does not correspond to the model on the web site (sleeves too long, neck line to high) even if the size chart is the same for all the dresses I ordered. The customer service is very slow and I have the impression that they send you automatic messages that does’nt even respond to your questions. Impossible to return anything, even if they advertise easy return. And if you want to exange for an other size, you have to pay 15$ US through Paypal.
Really, does not worth the trouble!

Good quality, beautiful dreses

I have sent 2, now 3, requests for returning some items that I would like to exchange or return. I have not received any response regarding this issue. Imagine my surprise, that meanwhile, they send me this email wanting me to rate my experience. Needless to say, I rate their customer service experience at zero! (And, I will not hesitate to share my experience with others, If I can't get a resolution). Thanks.

Well made dress and as pictured in the photo. I just wish that these dresses were made with a natural fabric - like cotton, or cotton blend. They are a polyester type material (and great that they are made from recycled materials), but poly does not breathe the way cottone blends do - they are hotter to wear on summer days, also. And make you sweat more. That is the only drawback. Delivery, true pricing etc was all good.

Is there less than one star? I recently purchased a dress that was too small, and had very interesting dimensions to it. The quality is definitely lacking. I emailed them to return it. It took 3 emails just to get a response! Then the negotiations started. “We will give you $15 and you can keep the dress.” And so forth. The best offer they made was a 50% return and I have to pay for the shipping return. All this for a low quality $65 dollar dress.
If you’re looking for quality, look elsewhere.
If you’re looking for customer service, look elsewhere.

I love the dress; however, it was quite pricey and slow to be shipped.

Gorgeous dress!! Fits perfectly- so happy to have a new dress for summer :)
