Bought a hyundai ix35 off these cowboys…

Bought a hyundai ix35 off these cowboys in November. Car seemed grand at the time, needed a window regulator sorted which they said they would fix and mot aswell.

Was called and told car was ready, drove 70 miles to be told no car isnt ready and it would be next week before its finished.

Arrived the next week and collected the car, was told they couldnt fix the window and they would pay for another company to fix.

Within 20-25 miles the car shut off for no reason 3 times with my kids in the car.

Cm didnt do anything to help on the day. Was just told the manager is busy and they would collect it at somepoint.

When they finally collected the car, the cowboys tried to blame us for the breakdown and tried saying we put contaminated fuel in the car. I told them if it was contaminated fuel the car wouldnt have restarted and drive fine for a while before cutting out again. They didnt want to hear it and pushed and pushed to say it was my fault. This was until i mentioned a family member had similar issues getting a refund of then after they sold him a car that snapped the timing belt within 24hrs.

Eventually got a refund after i mentioned they also put 20 of fuel in for the hassle of us calling for the car when it wasnt ready.

Complete cowboys who apparently by auction cars and try to sell them at top market price

If I could give a 0 star I would STAY…

If I could give a 0 star I would STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.
Got a Peugeot 2008 with low miles and loads of problems.
Picked the car up and it was dirty, and two of the windows weren’t working even though it had supposedly just passed an MOT that same day. The car went back in to get the windows fixed, which was sorted, tho there was no courtesy car told it would only take a hour to fix that I could wait ended up waiting 5 hours on the car to be fixed. but then an oil leak appeared.

I brought the car back three times for the oil leak and it was never fixed. I was also told at the time of sale that the timing belt had been replaced. Later, when I took the car to my own mechanic to finally sort the oil leak, he told me the timing belt was close to snapping and that there was no evidence any work had ever been done on the car.

When I spoke to Ryan about the oil leak, he said it’s a 10-year-old car and that all cars leak oil, even saying every car on his lot has an oil leak and that he thinks it’s fine to sell them like that. I completely disagree — especially when customers aren’t told about it and are told work has been done when it hasn’t.

In the end, I had to pay £560 myself to get the timing belt and cam box done just to fix the oil leak. I gave Ryan every chance to put things right — I emailed, messaged on WhatsApp, and called — but got no response at all.

Very disappointed with the experience and the lack of care once the sale was done.
I would stay well clear of this place they take your money and fix nothing on the cars shocking place.

Read all reviews on this business before purchasing

After 53 days, we finally received our refund.

We purchased a vehicle on 1st December, which was never delivered. Over the following weeks, we repeatedly chased the dealership through numerous phone calls in an attempt to resolve the issue and obtain our refund. We were consistently told that no action could be taken because the manager was in Australia. To this day, we have never spoken directly with the manager.

The prolonged lack of communication and accountability resulted in significant and unnecessary stress. We would strongly caution prospective customers against paying for a vehicle upfront and to exercise extreme care when dealing with this dealership.

***SCAMMERS*** DO NOT BUY FROM!!

***SCAMMERS*** DO NOT BUY FROM!!
Had to chase and chase them for the car, only received a phone call back to ask who actually sold me the car so the right person could get the commission, promised car would be ready and it wasn't. Brad couldn't find the v5 as it was lost but still put on a good show trying to find it.
Finally have received the car and it is of no use, warning lights galore coming on so I've had to go elsewhere.
Shocking how they're still in business, customer service is shocking
Suggest Brad takes a customer service course and would donate a tenner out of goodwill just as they paid a tenner goodwill towards my tax as I also couldn't do that as they'd lost the v5, definitely wouldn't recommend and definitely wouldn't use again! Should be zero stars!

Never using again

Got a car last week from here,
Very poor customer service arranged to collect car for 3pm car wasn’t ready till 3:40 pm,
Salesman called me by wrong name 3 times corrected him each time just didn’t listen was more interested in mentioning if you leave a good review I get my commission ,
Upon getting car I get told it has a slow puncture and to travel up to finvoy to get tyre replaced total opposite direction for me to which I was travelling.
Car faults
Windows wiper required new motor
Carpet on seat totally off
Slow puncture

The garage were meant to collect car from my address was meant to get a courtesy car but due to lack of communication this didn’t happen,
Took car up Friday to be told that the mechanic has replaced the back springs on the car due to ones on the car being rusty this car was meant to be checked and sorted for me collecting it.
Won’t be using this place again

Regretfully I bought a car from this company

Sold a defective Volvo V60 D4 from Cm Cars Ltd.
I bought a car from this company, it broke down on day 30 of the warranty, they refused to honour the warranty and went straight into "We need to get an independent review done" with no offer of a replacement vehicle, I am 61 years old and have been driving over 40 years and regularly check the fluids in all my cars, the oil light did not come on, the first I knew was the oil pressure light coming on, and engine noise and stopped the vehicle immediately.
I was left with a broken car which needed a new engine. I had no car for three months, Ben the sly salesman lied to me over and over again, I never got to speak to the owner Jason, refused to take my calls, calls never returned and left with no other route than the legal route, I have copy of warranty available on request.

Out the best part of £10K I had to sell the car broken for £2500.00 and purchase another vehicle obviously from a different company.

They write answers to my review that makes them sound helpful but they avoided me and again I repeat Ben "the sly salesman" Lied time and time again and eventually refused to answer my calls, beware!

They have a church service video running on their showroom TV, which suggests they are decent, ethical, of high moralistic people, I received the furthest thing from Christian like behaviour from this company, Ripped off!!

AVOID …. COWBOYS!
