After 13 years the old fan unit died. Got hold of a replacement at a great price with prompt delivery. Removed the old unit, fitting the new one should hopefully be straightforward.

Bought to replace an identical unit

Swapped this with an already fitted unit that had called it a day after 5 years. Very easy install as it was like for like wiring & mount. Weirdly this unit is much quieter than the old one, zero complaints but just seems odd (new version bearing in fan maybe). It’s not uncommon for these units to overheat (the old one had cooked its board) so will be keeping an eye but fingers crossed!

Great service and product at a good price

A great replacement for a previous fan and all works fine. However, like a lot of similar electrical appliances like this they take no account of the, often, restricted access for installing. Trying to insert wires into the fan while in a restricted space with not the best of lighting is quite fiddly. Otherwise a good replacement fan.

Easy replacement for a failed existing unit. A bit low in flow rate. If doing the same again I will get a kit for the larger unit to increase the volume flow rate.

Very quiet and efficient fan and a direct replacement for the original.
Good product and service. Parcel initially went to wrong address but customer support very helpful. The only slight issue with the fan is the connector sizing for two cables which is quite tight.
