Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. It’s like a scam.
Questions reported not clarified as well. Doesn’t help with any of SCI exams. Do not recommend.

Got cheated like almost $400 for 3 sets.

Waste of time and money if you prepare with the question banks. Essentially, you are paying to help improve their question banks, without enhancing your knowledge towards the exam

Worst experience ever.

1. There are many "fake" questions in the CMFASEXAM.com. A good example would be: it is testing content management system, when testing CMS for CMFAS RES1A. They tried to boost their number of questions, to make them appear as having a "rich" repository of the questions. Even the provider told me to re-check the "updated" questions up to quiz 15, which means they know their claimed "1000+" questions are overwhelmed with useless/repetitive questions. Just to quote their own words "Please kindly try quiz 01-15 and confident that it’s very useful for your prep"
2. The questions are not relevant at all. If you use the questions to prepare for the exam, the end result would be: wasted money & wasted time. If you sit for the exam, you will encounter questions like:
A. (1) and (2) are correct
B. (1),(2) and (3) are correct
etc.
Other question banks provide such options in their question sets, and are highly relevant. What I observed from the cmfasexam.com is flooded with: if you receive gifts from the client, what you should do: A/B/C/D? And this question, I have seen variants of such, at least 20 times. 4-5 times in each of quiz 1-5. Well, you can claim that it helps with memorizing. But, if you really prepare for the exam, and went for the exam, you would notice how irrelevant the question banks are. cmfasexam.com test you on the items that are not even appearing in the chapter / relevant appended reading materials from official CMFAS provider (an example would be, which year CPF starts. Testing you on the history :))
3. Upon proving to the provider on the repetitive questions + fake questions + wrong answers + irrelevant questions, they did not approve for the refund request. They are not providing proper materials for study. It is purely for commercial purpose without intention for a "guaranteed" pass.
4. When you tell them you have already failed, they told you that they can grant you "another round of access". Basically, you pay additional fees for retest, and if you truly work with the cmfasexam.com team, I guess you are paying to be their tester. I have seen another recent review of similar experience. But they failed update the content properly since then.

To the team, if you know you can't uphold your reputation, and meet the expectation of your claimed "guaranteed pass" / "prepare with the questions 3 times result in full preparation of the exam" / 1000+ questions (with 80% repetitive/irrelevant/fake), I would suggest better refinement of your questions than trying to find new "students". Else, it is a pure scam.

Fake company

Fake company. Fake office address. Poor quality materials. No phone number. "Wallace Education Group" is its fake company name. The company doesn't exist. No idea how Paypal could allow a fake company to accept payments. Avoid at all cost.
