Poor Process and customer service
I placed order CH431267606, it showed to be out for delivery but it was never delivered. I tracked the package and it showed returned to sender for bad address? I validated the address on the order was correct and it was (I have ordered items from you prior and they were delivered) I reached out and you verified the address was right but didn't understand why it was returned, and that the return team will reach out to me within 24/48 hours. I received an email the next day stating they were going to credit it me for the order less a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges! I called and they stated that since it wasn't my fault that they would credit me the full amount. I stated I just need the order not the credit and to go ahead and resend the order out. I was told they are unable to do that because it was returned from USPS, I again reminded them that the address was proper and this was an internal error and to please resend the order out, I again was told this isn't possible and I would receive a credit within 5-7 business days and I would need to replace the order. I'm in customer service and if my team wasn't able to override the process when it obviously doesn't fit than I would probably not have the best customer retention.

First of, we're sorry to hear we couldn't help you with your issue accordingly, we have taken this with us for review for the future.
As of right now, the reason the order had to be credited, was because the USPS system combined with our system does not allow us to resend a package that has been returned to us. It seems that the courier made a mistake, noting that they filed the address as not valid. Due to system regulations in place, we need to then unpack the whole order and credit it. We're sorry we could not override the process this time. Like stated, we will take this with us for future reference to better our customer support!

I'd certainly use CMSNL again
I'd certainly use CMSNL again. I have a post classic era motorcycle and live in a regional area of Australia so finding parts and getting them to me is always a challenge. I found the purchasing process through the CMSNL website was easy to use, they had the part I wanted at a reasonable price and it arrived at my door quite quickly considering it came from the other side of the world. My experience was very positive.
