Automotive parts not compliant with specifications

I purchased automotive body kit parts for a Mercedes V-Class conversion from
Jiangxi Dajiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

Several delivered items were not compliant with the agreed specifications, including:
- front headlights without required automatic self-leveling and with electrical malfunctions,
- incorrect air vent trims,
- front grille without LED lighting,
- incomplete chrome trim strips,
- deformed AMG door sill covers requiring additional labor.

Despite more than 1.5 months of communication, the seller does not acknowledge these issues
and no reasonable resolution has been offered.

I am sharing this experience factually to help other buyers assess product compliance
and post-sale communication.
