Extremely efficient, on time, very helpful, great customer service

We had a cracked shop window in Banbury - contacted CN Glass who quoted over the phone and then came the next day to do an accurate survey - the actual quote was significantly less than the phone one, which was a most welcome surprise.

The workmen removed the large pane and returned with the new one. Very clean job (we didn't even shut the shop) and virtually no damage to the old beading and paintwork. Better than we dared hope. Thanks all round for a good job done.

Pay for a handyman to be at the property because it’s a rental property of mine agreed 1030 appointment no one showed up. I’m paying an hourly rate for my handyman apparently the Glazer is running late and he’s gonna be there at 12. No courtesy call and didn’t want to pay my handyman for the wasted money avoid this company. It’s not relevant that I paid for someone you don’t have the decency to say you would be an hour and a half late 10 mins fine but an hour and a half with no call is a disgrace. Still you will get found out so all good with me

Great customer service from all team with Chris being the leader of the project, The windows and door are good quality, the install was complete in time and no need for repairs from us around the frames after, a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I will highly recommend for commercial and domestic projects

Used CN to replace some blown double glazing units. Previously we have had doors installed. Always very responsive and friendly service. High quality work that we are very happy with.

We have used C N Glass on a number of occasions, both for doors and sealed units. The service is excellent, both fast and efficient. Customer service is of a very high standard.

Recently had all my window handles and door handles changed by CN glass ltd. I couldn’t be happier, the fitters were efficient and polite. As for the correspondence, very quick to reply to my queries and always happy to help.

I broke a 25 year old tilt and turn double window - well it was caught by the wind …. no spares so had to have a new one - called several including CN Glass - Grant arrived on time quick appraisal (in/out in 20 mins - on the the competitors was still there trying make me sign on the dotted line…. ) quite came in - they understood my dilemma (a window which was not secure) and they managed to come in and replace within 4 weeks …. we have used them previously for 3 outside doors which are also very good - outstanding and friendly service and the clean up afterwards was first class - if 6 stars were available they would have 6 …. thanks a lot

CN Glass fitted replacement double glazed units. It was quick, efficient and no mess. The units look great. CN fitted some other units that had blown a few years ago and they are all still fine.

CN Glass is an absolutely a first-class Company if I could give 10 stars I would.

From the start of the process Rob in the sales department came to measure and produce a quote for us. I did ask for the quote to be broken down to individual windows so that I could pick and choose what windows to replace depending on cost. He did that for us and came back with a very competitive price. I was delighted to be able to have the complete house all windows and doors replaced. Then we had a visit from Robert the Surveyor, again very polite and professional he was extremely knowledgeable and because I am disabled took this into consideration with the width of the doors and the reach to open the windows. Elaine the installation manager kept us up to date with what was happening and gave us the installation date with the time the fitters would be arriving.

Window fitters arrived at the time we were expecting they are an excellent team, both Jon and Kieran were, polite, professional & paid great attention to detail. They arrived each morning at 8am and started straight away and worked very hard and very quickly.
Each day they left our home re-cycling free and very clean. We were shown how all the locks worked and if they were a little too stiff, they adjusted them, every feature of our new doors and windows was shown and explained to us, this team were so happy and enthusiastic it was a joy to have them around. In total they fitted 2 large bay windows, 8 windows, 2 doors and the patio doors this only took a week from start to finish.
I am one very happy customer.
