I found this company via the MacMillan will service and the whole process was very easy. Tiffany (TM) my case manager, called to ask questions what I would like in my will and offered helpful advice. I dealt with one case officer…
I dealt with one case officer throughout (September 2025 - October 2026); she was diligent, professional & knowledgeable and I never had to chase her to complete tasks. Price was fixed at the outset (deducted from the estate) and I regard what I paid as very reasonable given the complexity of the estate (my father had lots of different investments).

Exceptional Meeting
What an exceptional meeting I experienced when I spoke with Andrew Ford on 9th October 2026.Having contacted the Co-op for what I thought would be some general advice about making a Will, I was offered a video appointment on the very next day .
There was nothing standard about this meeting - I was greeted by Andrew in such a warm way that I immediately felt relaxed and we had a discussion about what I required from my Will. This chat reached out to many areas of our lives and families which was very reassuring.
I required quite a complicated Trust Will being set up and I thought there was little chance of being successful. However Andrew was immediately able to offer me a solution which we then worked around.
He had every answer to my questions without having to reference any paperwork. All of the knowledge was in his head.
On proceeding to talk about my wishes he was able to advise me on all of my requests and guide me to a proper legal course of action.
We were talking for approx one and a half hours which absolutely raced by as he proceeded to arrive at a solution to my needs.
So professional, so knowledgeable such a delightful manner in which he spoke and addressed the issues.
All of this advice was free and never was there any pressure to proceed. Needless to say I did proceed because he could offer exactly what I needed. Exceptional service. Thank you.

Will consultation with Sandy was the best
My wife and I had a consultation session with Sandy Barnes about our Wills. He was very thorough, a good listener and simplified the details to suit our understanding. Sandy gave us options based on our narrative and will pause at anytime to take questions irrespective of where he was at and sometimes we take him back but he will ensure we got the clarification we needed. In the end, he did not pressure us to sign up immediately when I stated I will need to speak to our accountant. He was for it and we agreed to meet again after our referral which we did to conclude and sign. Sandy was proficient, efficient and very professional throughout. I will recommend Co-op Services because of our experience with him.

Extremely professional service
I was initially quite concerned about which company to choose to discuss my Will with due to the amount of adverts out there. However, I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. My consultant was Gian Gill and he was extremely efficient, advising me on issues I had not thought of which I needed to take into consideration for my circumstances.
