Just the facts for you to make your own mind up

Edit: Following today’s very positive contact from co2art support, I have re-written this review to remove my opinions and leave only the facts.

I bought a pro-se regulator from a store which had a small and very hard to find leak. Support tried to help me but it was hard going. Never more than one email per day and they had often misinterpreted what I was saying to them. Also continued looking for problems that my system might be causing even after my tests indicated a problem with the regulator.

CO2Art eventually said I could send it in for repair. They found a fault and said they had repaired it. When I received it back, it was still faulty. I mentioned that I had then tried hand tightening the loose part to see if that would fix the issue and they said my doing that had voided the warranty. Not only was I not covered for any issues I had caused or any issues that occurred in the future, but they also would no longer cover the fault that had been there since I purchased the regulator five months earlier. They also then suggested I fix the issue myself which involved tightening that very same part with a spanner.

Due to the slow/confused emails I received and due to all the testing that I had to do, all the above took 5 months.

At this point I got a refund for the regulator from the retailer.

I wrote the first version of this review.

I complained again to CO2Art and they gave me a $20 voucher for their store. I also had multiple very quick email replies.

Co2 Art avoid rubbish service and inferior products as big price

I made an order for a premium Co2 regulator and the delivery time quoted for dispatch was 2days and is listed as in stock on their website. The regulator is a premium price so you would expect a premium service but this is not the case. The regulator has still not been dispatched after 7 days and no confirmation of concrete dispatch date received.

I have contacted their customer service by email as there is no other alternative and responses are sporadic and do not provide an apology for the delay or a notification of a expected dispatch date. All you receive is a sarcastic response about being added to a VIP list which is no use to man or beast and a recommendation to watch YouTube videos of how to use the regulator when it does arrive which most sensible human beings would do before they made the purchase.

The website should be marked out of stock and this diabolical service cannot be blamed on the pandemic after 2 years. Better plans should now be put in place to mitigate.

I am very disappointed by the level of service provided by this company so I would recommend you to avoid and look elsewhere.

As updat I have eventually received the Co2 regulator and the quality is poor as the solenoid doesn't work to close off the gas when switched off. Which a real worry as it put my fish at risk. Replacement coil received which took 2 weeks to arrive sadly as sent by overland post from Germany to the UK. This did not solve the problem. I lost all will to live in the end trying resolve with this company. I fixed by using a cheap Chinese solenoid..

Avoid using this company inferior products at great cost with rubbish customer service thrown in as a bonus!!!

Beware of the feedback posted on their site as my 1* review has never been posted surprise surprise.
