Offer a lot of guidance and are incredibly polite. I have been asking a absurd amount of questions and always recive helpfull responses and suggestions.

Excellent service i ordered my co2 system from here and its a great bit of kit I ordered as heard lots of good feedback from fish groups and forumns

Ordered the Mixer Reactor CO2 Diffuser. Biggest pile of rubbish ever. The Fans had to be cut down and excess plastic removed, the rubber O-ring was hard and needed replacing, the push fittings are horrific and need to be glued, there are no fittings for it and to mount it externally you need you make your own bracket. After all fo that it still produces bubbles!! Binned it! Wrote a review and they are not publishing it. Seems they only publish the 4 and 5 star ones. BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN ORDERING FROM THEM. The products are not as good as described!

I don’t have a lot of space & I do have a sodastream subscription, so it was a no brainier when I came across this company. I email a question which was replied to on the same day! I know right!!!

The delivery was FAST. And everything fit. They had video links on how to fit each part for us newbies.

I’ve been running a nano co2 system from CO2 Suppermarket for two years and it would be fair to say that the improvement in plant growth has been really impressive. Easy to use and reliable. Last week I had an unexpected leak and submitted an enquiry as to what the problem might be. I had a prompt personal response which reassured me that issue was not down to the equipment. Situation resolved.

This was my first experience of delving into CO2 and the level of support, guidance and all around help from Martin was nothing short of exceptional. Martin could not have done more to ensure my set up was correct - he followed up to ensure that I was having no further issues and offered his support whenever required. I can without doubt recommended CO2 Supermarket - just all around excellent service!

Superb customer service. I was very surprised to receive a response to my enquiry given that I first raised it late on a Saturday. I received a further response on the following day too, and useful responses at that.

Advice/recommendation was bang on.

Order was shipped complete with some additional sealing washers that the supplier thought would be useful (and they didn't charge for).

Products are good and as expected.

Would I buy from them again? Yes, absolutely.

Really good experience, the only thing I'd improve would be the tracking. Mine went from in-progress to being delivered today without anything in-between. Otherwise I'm very pleased with what I ordered and had no issues, would purchase from again readily.
