CO2 Supermarket run local domains to make you think you're ordering from a shop in your own country. Not once do they mention they will send you products from UK, nor how they handle VAT. I buy products from UK pretty often and from several different sites, and they all handle VAT very smoothly and more importantly they make sure you know you're buying from the UK.
After waiting almost 2 weeks for my order, I was charged additional 20 euros by Swedish customs for a fitting that costs approximately the same. I don't care about the money, but trying to hide the fact you ship out of Britain to EU customers gives you 1 single star.

Ordered a Nano CO2 kit for my fish tank with 3 spare CO2 canisters. There was an issue with not being able to ship the order immediately due to the type of courier needed to ship compressed canisters, but it was only delayed by 2 days and they emailed me immediately to tell me the delay and the order was delivered on the new date. The kit is really great and their instructions online are fantastic for setting it up successfully.

I have ordered two co2 regulator kits and some extra accessories from the company over the last few years. Although I was a complete novice to the co2 aquarium scene, their kits are great. High quality parts. Great instructions and videos. Also aftercare has been great. I needed some advice / guidance recently and they came back to me with a solution within a day! It really helped me out. Thanks again. Will definitely order from them in the future. Highly recommended!

I RECENTLY DEVELOPED A PROBLEM WITH THE REGULATOR I PURCHASED FROM CO2 SUPERMARKET OVER A YEAR AGO, IT WAS NICE TO KNOW THE MODEL I HAD PURCHASED CAME WITH A TWO YEAR WARRANTY, I CONTACTED THE TEAM WHO GOT BACK TO ME RIGHT AWAY AND REASSURED ME IT COULD BE SORTED AND ASKED ME TO POST IT DOWN TO THEM , THIS WAS ON FRIDAY, I HAD THE REGULATOR BACK IN TOTAL WORKING ORDER BY THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY, HOWS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , A FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE FROM A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE YOU WON'T REGRET IT

Kit arrived very quickly - there was a slight problem with one of the parts and this was resolved immediately. I have since been in touch several times for tips and advice and have received prompt polite and most importantly very informative responses. I would 100% recommend.

Had a few technical issue queries with a previous order of the ultra pro regulator set. Got to speak to Martin Burrows, and it was a pleasure to deal with him, all my queries was answered and issue queries was resolved in a very timley manner. Instead of being pushy into further sales, advise was given in return saving the cost of a new purshase. Very knowlegeable and an overall very helpfull advise. Thank you Martin.

In the autumn of 2023, I decided to set up a tropical aquarium. As a total novice, I relied heavily on other people's experiences. I also had to find my way through the array of specialist suppliers. Having decided that my 'planted' set up would require CO2 injection, I purchased a single stage regulator from CO2 Supermarket. I can only describe the quality of both the product and the technical support and advice, as excellent. I can highly recommend them.

I have contacted the company twice for advice on what adapter to purchase with no response using their website contact form in April - very disappointing.

Ok I have sent you an email before reading this response.
I submit it late at night as I work long hours and was trying to find another site to purchase some gas. Your company came up again so I googled reviews to see if you were still active and trust pilot came up.
I updated my response earlier to correct a spelling mistake and I was about to post an update having just emailed you as requested, Don’t bother replying if that’s your attitude.
I’ll just buy elsewhere now.

I have received a very polite email response replying to my initial query and accept that despite entering the information on different occasions it must have been caused by a technical error.
In future for events such as this I will try other contacted avenues before posting a review which could harm the companies reputation. I have previously lost money on scam websites so my judgement was clouded and too hasty.
Thank you for the advice and feedback from customer service. I have now placed an order.

Just what I needed easy to use and fast delivery

Bought and installed a CO2 system for my aquarium. Items arrived quickly and the communication was excellent, they even sent a follow up email with links to installation videos, really helpful!

Excellent customer service. I've been out of the fish game for a few years but decided to get back into it. I bought my first CO2 regulator and needed support with the setup. CO2 Supermarket was more than happy to help with prompt replies via email. I highly recommend them.

Have bought items before from here and always received tip top service. Had a problem with a previous order; a regulator seal. Explained the issue and was sent the replacement part. Very happy with the service

Their Quooker attachments do not attach.
There is no phone number to discuss the issue with. The person who replies to emails is completely condescending and doesn't believe there is a problem.
Great talking to you Martin - I know it should work - and I agree with you, it should work!...but for some reason it doesn't!

I have now had another email from the owner offering me a refund, if I send the item back at my own cost.
I notice there is another Trust Pilot review a couple of years ago where the customer received a faulty connection. Again they complained that the Customer Support response was very patronising, assuming user error. Similarly, Customer Support quoted that they had supplied many of the same product without issue. However, it turned out there was a fault with the product.
The email in the reply below is the 3rd email I received suggesting I had been doing something wrong.

Good quality fittings, swiftly supplied with very helpful instructions, have enabled me to greatly reduce the cost of running a Sodastream dispenser
