Book and take your chance
The booking process and everything up until the pick up was good…however the mini bus turned up 25 minutes late and was not the executive mini bus as booked but a (less than) standard alternative.
Complained but was told it was an executive vehicle …it clearly wasn’t!
Total shambolic end to what should have been a special day

Unprofessional drivers on the onwards journey
We had hired 2 coaches for a school trip to Chessington. Unfortunately, the ride to Chessington was a shambles due to the drivers.
Here is the recount of the events from the teacher:
"The other coach driver went the wrong way around the M25. My coach was heading for Dartford at that roundabout when we saw the other coach take the slip road to the M25 north.
Accompanying parent was telling the other coach driver that he had gone the wrong way and the driver just said he knew what he was doing. It added another 40 miles to our journey and resulted us in arriving at Chessington at 12pm instead of 10am as planned.
Our coach driver decided to follow the first one the wrong way around the M25 despite his sat nav telling him to go to Dartford. He also took a few wrong turnings at Chessington and had to reverse out onto the busy road where he hit the curb and a bollard.
It was all a bit of a farce. It shouldn't have taken 3 hours but obviously due to one drivers wrong turn and then ours following him, it did. The children managed very few rides because of this and having to return to coaches by 3.45."
On the return journey we had different coaches and drivers provided and the ride back went smooth.

Couldn't have gone better
The driver communicate well and was on time. Really helpful as well. Easy and helpful customer service before the trip. Price was the best compared to any other company by far. Very easy booking process and access to booking to make the payments.

A poor experience
A pretty poor experience with this company. The driver was 35 minutes late to pick us up so we were waiting outside in the 30 degree heat. His excuse when he arrived was that there was something mechanically wrong with the coach and another driver had refused to drive it. On the way back he picked us up on time but had a mate sat with him in the front. Both journeys he drove way too fast and dangerously over the speed limit.

Brilliant Mini Bus journey
Minibus was on time, driver was friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. made us all feel welcome. Helped with putting the bags in the boot. Nice safe driver got to our destination in a timely manner. Helped us unload. picked us back up a couple of days later in same mini bus again a lovely journey home. price was very reasonable. will definately use again. Easy Booking process and was able to spread the payment. Top Marks !!
