Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. TOXIC MANAGEMENT ALL THE WAY. Do not use them . Make staff put up reviews as to look good. Only care about taking your money. Management don’t care about staff , massive turnover staff. DONT RENT OR LEAVE THEM TO LOOK AFTER YOUR PROPERTY! And don’t give credit card details! EVER. Promises and promises but don’t deliver. All the Managers are liars, especially Chontell whose is a disgrace and has not a clue. Urgent matters reported to her requiring urgent attention! Her response every time “no ones dying “DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS TOXIC COMPANY.

Bad company, filthy rooms

Bad company, room was filthy so bad i had to book other accomodation, no refund was provided. They also gave out my credit card details and my credit card was used by others.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I have been involved in a data breach incident from May 2026 with coastal letting co which involved many customers. My personal details including my full bank card details have been compromised. Coastal Letting Co have avoided all accountability and instead have blamed the external party who is responsible for taking the accommodation bond. I am in the process of taking legal action, and advise anybody else involved to do the same.
