Alfonso from this firm of Spanish lawyers was super efficient, friendly, hardworking and achieved the sale of our house in Spain in good time. This included managing the transfer of Power of Attorney from me to him so that he could sign the deed of sale in my absence.
He communicated often, everytime there was progress, usually by Whats App, or rang directly.
Alfonso was always respectful and had a very positive outlook.
His final communications were a photo of the notario about to sign the deed, and one of himself infront of the house giving a thumbs up sign - all completed!
The transfer of the proceeds of the sale was well organised, quick and troublefree.
It was a pleasure to work with Alfonso, I have no complaints whatsoever, and can recommend this firm of lawyers wholeheartedly.

Approachable, reliable and honest. Alfonso and his brother Vicente worked incredibly hard and persistently to obtain my Residensia which was made more difficult post Brexit and with the Covid restrictions. I think they have both taken August off to recover! Seriously, though I would recommend this company if you want to get something done and then always with a sense of humour.

Super friendly Staff. I walked into the office at CLF International Lawyers as a costumer and left as a friend.
Alfonso, my lawyer, did everything and more to help me with the purchase of the holiday apartment I have bought in Pego.
Now with Covid restriction and not able to leave Australia, I’m so glad that Alfonso has the Power of Attorney and can act on my behalf should there be any issues regarding the apartment, taxes etc.
I feel incredibly lucky to know Alfonso as both a friend and Lawyer with an in-depth knowledge in law I only can recommend to anyone.
