They could improve by this stop raising the rent on Seniors in Mobile Homes parks. We can not keep paying higher rent it’s terrible. And you guys should be ashamed of yourself. Terrible company.

Estate Agents are held in low public esteem for a reason

- Marketing of my property was lacklustre, with numerous cancellations and false dawns; I ended up finding the Buyer myself

- Any notion that the agent would keep me informed or maintain regular contact was rapidly dispelled, and with very few exceptions it was I who had to keep calling Cobblestone for updates on progress

- Indeed, critical information that the chain had collapsed was withheld from me and my solicitors (and this has been confirmed by the solicitor); the agent sought to negotiate with my solicitors on behalf of the Buyer and contrary to my own interests; when I resisted this, my own integrity was called into question; and when it finally came to completion, the agent appeared entirely clueless about handover arrangements, and I have not heard from them since to ask how things went on the day.

- I am not entirely sure what I just paid Cobblestone £7,500 for, but it certainly wasn't value for money. In fairness, they are probably no worse than any other firm, but neither are they in any way better. Frankly, Purplebricks would probably have been a better option.

Andy and Joey at Cobblestones Gillingham have been absolutely crucial to the completion of a very difficult sale. I came to Cobblestones in November of last year looking to sell my flat that I had purchased with an ex partner. I desperately needed to move it on but Covid and various problems with solicitors meant that I missed my completion date 4 times. Having come to completion so many times and having it all fall through was incredibly stressful but Andy went above and beyond to chase and push the sale. They were always around to take calls, to answer emails and when I was finding the stress too much they were there to take over completely to save me more mental distress. Having them on side to help push this through has really saved the sale and I do think that without their intervention we would still be sitting here waiting to complete in another 7 months time. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff always happy to help and answer questions even if they're a bit outside of their remit. Somewhere to sound off to and bounce ideas off. Couldn't recommend them enough.
