Honestly, cobeads is such a good website. When I made my purchase it was easy to do, the items came extremely quickly and were such good quality too. I definitely recommend them.

If I was writing this 2 weeks ago I would have given a 0 but after recieving my items Im giving a 5. At first my order took very long to be prepared and shipped out. It took a month to reah Ireland and I was told it was lost at one stage and I was very upset. However they found it and it did reach me. Cobeads did stay in contact with me throughout. They also gave me a coupon to use to apologise. After recieving the goods I am very happy. They are absolutly beautiful. I made a very large order and everything is perfect and the prices were excellent. I will order again.

Please if your going to try this brand out I suggest you don’t! It’s my first time jewellery making and I was so excited this has knocked all my confidence!! I am trying pandahall to see if that’s any better if not they can all fuxk off

Shop here often, their prices are really good on most items, they give many shipping options and customer service was great when I had a problem with an order. Will shop there again.

Great products at great prices, and the shipping is fairly quick. I've had a few issues with items being backordered and taking a while to be shipped, but all of my orders are usually processed quickly.

I have made over a dozen orders from this company and the quality and pricing of their products is matched by none. My first order got lost in the mail and I was resent the product at no extra cost. I have not had any further issues since. Website is easy to navigate and express shipping usually comes within 5 business days to Canada after being shipped.

Do not buy from here. They will not give you any products after purchase.

If only a review could be left for their products. Unfortunately I placed an order and got no confirmation besides after the fact deciding to register for their site and being told had I already finished my first purchase under my email and then the transaction going through my bank and then an ongoing email conversation with their customer service which came to nothing even after providing as much information as I could without ever receiving any confirmation or receipt for my purchase besides the one email stating I had already used their coupon on my first purchase ever in which I had no proof.

Excellent products. A wide range making it a fun shopping experience. Regular discounts/sales which make for great value. Fast, efficient shipping.

If there were a zero star review, this company earned it. Over a month- they took over $160 payment. Not one piece of merchandise has been sent. No phone number. The emails are no help. My son’s funeral is coming up. No response for the keychain supplies I ordered for this event

I cannot comment on the quality of the products because ... I never received them! I can, however, tell you that the customer service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order for over 275$. My order was sent to the other end of the city because I missed the delivery and I had to pay customs fees which were VERY expensive by the way. Now the delivery company has sent my package back to Cobeads and they won't respond to me. So I spent $ 275 and I have neither my jewelry nor my money. I am very very very disappointed with my experience and recommend that you order elsewhere.

I ordered chain going by the sizes under descriptions. Also some split rings. Both stainless steel. When the chain eventually arrived it was NOT the size they described. I tried contacting them numerous times and was ignored. I left a msg on their site and they told me to leave a msg via the email I had previously used. No response. I contacted Paypal and as we are in the middle of lockdown Paypal were sending me different messages. I called them and they gave me an email address to upload pics. Then they shut their offices. Cobeads contacted me once more telling me to pull my complaint and they would assist me. I emailed them back and nothing. PayPal due to this virus situation. Closed the case. I am out of pocket $75. The split rings did not arrive even though Cobeads said they did. Do not buy from them. Ever they are scammers.

Always receive my goods in recommended time frame. Website is user friendly. Email response time is great.

I have ordered natural gemstone cabochon from this website twice with low price. The colors are beautiful and with good quality. But the delivery takes 7 days. I think I will choose another shipping way like Fedex next time.

I can't speak to the quality of the product, because it has yet to arrive and though I've emailed them twice now, no one at this company has responded. I paid for express delivery according to the time frames outlined on their site. Right about the time I should have been receiving my product, I got an email from them saying I would receive another email in 2-3 days which may give me some shipping info. Just got that email and they've given me a tracking number the system doesn't accept. I have no idea when I can expect my order and no one has responded to my emails.
