The RAM configuration of my custom build was buggy as is often the case, however, they worked quickly to get me RAM that did work.

Great experience with product. Only problem was finding the main phone number for support. Needs to be easier to find on their site.

You mailed it to my payment address not my shipping address. I recently moved so my address on my card isn’t updated. It wasn’t delivered to my shipping address. You took my money and haven’t even responded to the ticket I submitted on your website.

Everything worked perfectly out of the box and my daughter loves it.

Computer works great with no issues. Only problem was I ordered it with a mouse and keyboard that didn't come with the computer. I reached out about the problem and never heard back.

I've had nothing but bad luck trying to buy a gaming rig since the beginning of the year, but on my fourth try I went with Cobratype. I wish I would have tried them first! Shipping was taking a bit longer than advertised, so I shot their support email a note and got an answer back within hours. Gavin apologized for the delay and said the machine would be shipping shortly. He was a man of his word and within a couple more days I was unpackaging my new rig! Set up was easy and the machine is great. Thanks, Gavin!

I recently purchased a computer online from this company, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The computer arrived quickly, was packaged well, and worked perfectly right out of the box. It’s built with great quality and attention to detail. I also had a reason to call customer service, and they were friendly, helpful, and resolved my question right away. Excellent service all around—highly recommend this company!

Computer was ready in about a week. I live in the area so was able to pick it up. Gavin was great to work with and provided his personal phone number in case I had questions or need support. So far so good with the PC, no issues with it and it is running great.

Overall great experience, the custom computer works well and the price range & deal I got was very good too. Customer service was good. The computer was packaged very safely and was in great condition.

There was a small issue with the internet connection upon boot up, in the sense that wifi wasn't an option to turn on. Only showed airplane mode and ethernet. This is pretty common with custom builds though. This was solved by checking the BIOS on the computer and finding out all the specs. The motherboard turned out to be a different one then what was on the receipt, though I'll clarify it's not a worse motherboard it's a better grade one actually, just was under the impression it was a different one due to the order and email confirmation. So Redownloading correct drivers for the internet solved the issue. Then going into the device manager setting and assigning those drivers in the manager in the places it was showing an error or wasn't assigned due to the ones downloaded prior being for the wrong motherboard and not showing up. With the new drivers added it all worked immediately.

Overall, great experience and appreciate their product and responsive customer service!

Cobratype is fantastic. I ordered a 4090 hi end gaming pc and they couldn’t source the video card. They were kind enough to call me and offer a 5090 build for a higher (very fair) price instead of ignorantly canceling my order! I’ve had this pc for a few weeks and it’s unbelievable. Beautiful build with attention to detail. It looks like one of the mounting screws for the power supply got dinged and pushed in bit in transit.. (a shipping mishap).. Either way, I’d 1000% give them a try. Nice people who do good business and care about the gaming community. A+++++++++

Every computer I get from you guys is amazing! This is the 3rd cobratype pc I’ve ordered, and y’all knock it out of the park every time!

Ordered computer 12/30/24 and sent a e-mail on 1/8/25 to check statis of order, I received an answer on 1/12/25 that with the Holiday's they were running a little late with orders[which I could understand] and would let me know the statis. On 1/13/25 I received a huge box from UPS, it was the computer, was very impressed with how it was packed, I unpacked it hooked up all cables and fired it up everything loaded right up and has been running great since then. Great product would recommend Cobratype to anyone looking for a great computer.

The pc was built in a timely manner and works great with games I play that take a powerful pc to play. Gavin has been great with support. If I have an issue he's great about getting back to me and helping me resolve my issue.
