Had a slight issue with courier

Regular customer
Have used this company a few times now and have always been blown away with their products, service and customer service.
This time not so much the measurements they gave to create the cocktails along with the size of the bottles they sent did not marry up and I felt like the value for money was so much different to previously. Very disappointed.
Customer service and delivery still great just value for money has changed for me.

We don't normally receive these types of comments, so I looked into it further to make sure our processes were right.
I've noticed that you ordered with us right at the beginning from 2020 when we launched the business! As one of the business owners it really made my day, and I'm really appreciative of your custom; a lot has changed since then!
In a nutshell, I can see that you love our Pornstar Martini (so do I, by the way) & that hasn't changed since the beginning - so I know that's not the issue in terms of measurements etc. I'd love the opportunity to talk to you about this and learn about your experience.
Pricing wise, that has increased over the two years by £5; due to our suppliers of not only alcohol, but courier delivery rates, bottles, packaging and labelling. It's unfortunately unavoidable for us and the way things go.
Hopefully this finds you well, we'll reach out via email and it'd be great to have a chat & make things right.

Ordered 13 individual cocktails for a virtual Christmas party. Would highly recommend. Jim from Cocktail delivery joined our virtual team call to talk us through mixing the drinks which made for more of an event. All delivered on time and tasted great!

Excellent customer service
I found this company on-line having been let down by another supplier and I'm so glad I did. The cocktail kits are superb coming with all you need to enjoy your drinks including the garnish, so no need to have to buy anything additional. They are great value for money in my opinion and I can't wait to impress my guests on Christmas Day.

Really good cocktails
Really good cocktails, only tried 4 so far, expresso martini, French martini, Tokyo cosmo and bramble. Alittle disappointed with the Tokyo cosmo as I didn't realise it wasn't original cosmo which I prefer, the others were really good.
