Cocoa and Paper, are a wonderful small business with of course some incredible tasting chocolate but also have amazing customer service. Delivery is a good time and there products are packaged well.

We have checked our emails thoroughly and can see that we never got an email from yourself when you received your product on the 18th March, with the problem stated, for us to even rectify the issue before leaving this review. We do hold a 5* food hygiene rating granted by our local council for the unit where all our products are made. We adhere to the highest of standards with wearing hairnets, gloves and ensuring our work spaces are clean at all times when making our products.
