Initially

Initially, I dismissed this as another jest and fabricated claims until I decided to give it a try. Apparently, I have always been suspicious of my partner, but I required concrete evidence. In desperation, I contacted zircon on Instagram after reading the review about him. I explained my intentions, and he exceeded my expectations, providing a remarkable solution. Currently, I have complete control over my spouse’s device without physically touching the phone. I have secured the evidence I need. If your intuition suggests something, do not hesitate to pursue your concerns.

An absolute dishonest business from the start! All of the features I was promised weren’t visible on the app.
Setting it up was very difficult and there’s absolutely no assistance from their support, no one to speak to directly. I actually wanted to have a stealth view from the phone I wanted and zlobconnect! Actually made the viewing very easy. I was led to thier lnstagram account seeing some good comments on them. When i mesaged them they guided me through the process and it was working in no time. I’m absolutely pleased with my experience!

Dishonest and Scamming business

This company promises you a service. Then, when you can't use the service because apple devices come standard with 2FA and you request a refund they ghost you. I have tried everything to get hold of them. I finally went online pretending to buy and found an agent. She made me send her my proof of purchase, My bank statements and is saying they don't have a record of my purchase. This company should not be trusted. The agent's name is supposedly Victor Davis (perhaps that is a scam)

Too many glitches and poor support staff

My initial review was that this was an excellent product
However there are so many glitches and failures that require that you gain access of the target phone to fix
Tech can't understand that that is not always possible and in my case almost impossible
Try getting access to a teenager's phone and having them give you the unlock code
And these glitches happen on a regular basis

The latest is a problem that now makes the app visible to the target device and renders most features inoperable

Support staff rarely will simply answer a simple question and it takes an hour to get an answer that should take five minutes
support staf is obviously not equally trained and some don't seem to know much about the product at all
I'll get different answers for different "specialists", or the same answer that doesn't fix the problem. Only to have one tech in particular come in a fix the problem in seconds.
I just got off with a "supervisor" who could not fix the problem and refuses to tell me when the tech I speak of is on next so I can get her opinion

My daughter has lost her phone a few times so I have performed a few installs, rarely do they take the five minutes advertised

This may be a good product for a smaller chiuld that gives the parent total access to their phone
But I would think that those children would ne need this type monitoring

Don't waste your money

I had to spend money on a service that was not provided. What they advertised was nothing that I got. The target phone had sent me old messages from last year. The info you want never shows up or it's 3 days late with just the messages from the target phone you can't see who's calling or messaging. No key logger info no browser info just take your money. Customer service do reply but gives bull crap answers as to maybe your phone isn't compatible. Everyone phone is compatible nowadays their service is not hack service.

read this one for sure!

After seeing in google history that my significant other was looking at your software, I downloaded a antivirus program. Your 3mb file you have people upload into the targets phone was found. I saved a copy of the file. I will be having a professional take look through my android for any information he can find. I'll be handing over all information to my lawyer, any law enforcement that is able to to something about it, and i'll be looking up cyber crime professionals. I have nothing but time and money to pour into this situation.

their customer service hasn't responded to my email in days. Feel free to contact me to resolve this issue on your end first.

BY THE WAY ANYONE WHO USES THE SOFTWARE:
1) I found my girlfriends gps coordinates in less than 5 minutes.

2)Their software is detectable with and free antivirus software. what a waste of money...

3)it was less than a ten minute google inquiry to find out what storage file it was hidden in, and it wasnt hidden at all.

ANYONE WHO HAS THIS SOFTWARE ON THEIR DEVICE:
1)easy way to delete this is download Malware-bytes. It is free and in the android app store.
OR
you can just search for system-service.apk and delete it. its not hidden.

2) Cocospys source code for the login page is visable. click anywhere on the screen and click inspect. If your are handy with a computer, look up "google dorks" and you can learn specific codes that reveals and failed login attempts. that get stored on google. get familiar with it. you can even switch their camera or some web cams to be unsecure and just lookup the google cam to watch.

3) most people spy on their spouses so they keep tabs while they do devious acts. download "fake gps" in the app store. it tricks cocospys software and you are free to drive home and catch him in the act.

4) unsure f they downloaded the app? well here's one way to find out. if they use chrome, click the 3 dots at the top right of the chrome browser, then click settings, then privacy and security on the left and under autofill you can see all their emails and usernames the saved. this usualy includes their google account and password. are you sad that the password is all dots? Dont be! goto the web site that is saved, then right click on the dots on the password box, and select inspect. then scroll the mouse over the code section on the right until your see the password box on the left get highlighted. inside that line of code look for where it reads

Type="password"

and change it to

type"text"

press enter and like magic it appears.

if cocospy in for is saved, login, take photos. if they are rich take your new info to a lawyer of your choosing. your welcome!

if its not save don't forget, there is a list of passwords and usernames just waiting for you to copy and paste into the cocospy login.

if you get locked out for too many rong passwords, google free anonymous proxy seervers. and then google how to use them in chrome.

5) no luck with #4? well this section is great cause there is a 2nd username and password list if they use google services. Click on their picture of the letter in a circle at the top right corner. if they are logged in you will see manage your google account. If you dont see that button, just go back to step 4 and get their user name and password.

next click security on the left and scroll down to password manager. select the link that says check passwords. retype in the password and name you just retreived from step 4. if cocospy is saved on the list, your done. if not, you still have a new user/ password list.

if none of that works, you can check their history. if they deleted that, they might not know google also records their web activity. and if they sinc it to their phone or their tablet, you dont even need to look at those devices to see the browsing history.

go back to manage your google account,
click on manage Data & personalization. you can see just about everything they do on all devices. i believe there is even a search button and you can just type in cocospy.

you can also open any browser. if you type coco in the search bad and cocospy pops up first. you can be pretty sure they went ther recently and forgot to clear their recent history.

6) Their encryption is not end to end, so turn your phone wifi off for an hour. during that time google how to look up data packets through your wifi. do a few things logged off your server on your phone, turn wifi back on, note the time, download the files that transfer from your phone at that time. brig those files to whoever you want. =)
_________

anyways i'm that was fun to type off the top of my head..... i wonder what else i can find out and hire
to post this information everywhere he can.... i wonder how quick we can make a video go viral. un questions right?

but i'd like to have a respectful conversation with someone in customer service or better soon..... feel free to reply here. buh bye.

Can't believe how terrible they've been

1 star is generous to be honest. I paid £349 & this product was not fit for purpose. I requested a refund and then had to go back and forth with "Grace" from Cocospy Support. I told her that the product was not fit for purpose, she tried to say that this was "personal reasons" and they did not normally issue refunds for this. I pointed out that she had miscategorised it & that if they refused full refunds for legitimate reasons that are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are, in fact, breaking the law. I have since looked further at their website and there are quite a few falsified and misleading statements on there and believe I would have a case for miselling as well as breaching the aforementioned legislation. Grace was only able to offer a partial refund. This is simply not good enough.

Paid for a year subscription to monitor…

Paid for a year subscription to monitor child’s iPhone. Unless 2 factor authentication has only been activated within the past 2 weeks, using an old Apple ID where it didn’t have it, you cannot use their service. Contrary to their claim that you can create a new Apple ID without 2 factor authentication, you cannot. They didn’t even try to help resolve the issue. Multiple calls with Apple gave me the information. They offered me half my money back, then most, but not all. I opened a dispute with PayPal and received a full refund.
AVOID!!
