Competitive pricing, but deceiving information about delivery
Competitive prices.
However they state that it take 3-5 days for delivery, they even claim 90% of their deliveries arrive within 3 days.
My order barely even got processed within 3 days, I recieved a confirmation during late evening the third day. Furthermore, the products are not even sent from my country, so if order processing takes 3-4 days, I am extremely sceptical that their orders get delivered within 3-5 days, let alone that 90% of the orders are derivered within 3 days.
They may have competitive prices, but companies that are not fully transparent with critical information, as I believe delivery times are for an online retail business, will not keep me as a customer. Who knows what else they are deceiving you with.
I am yet to recieve my espresso machine and coffee scale

However it does happen sometimes that the stock is sold out as we have many other markets as well across the Europe, and if the item is sold out, that may cause some minor delays in the delivery. Bought a new espresso machine
Ordered the new Gaggia Classic Evo. Was a little bit worried because of some reviews, even if I knew that more often dissatisfied clients write them. In my experience everything was very good, amazing experience with call centre and espresso maschine arrived in 4-5 days. Highly recommend for espresso machines.
