unreliable electronic lock

I bought this model 5 years ago. The electronic lock does not work anymore. Luckily we have been able to open it after several unsuccessful attempts, otherwise we would have had to open it with a grinder. The price for repair by one of their agents is more than the price I paid initially. I will replace by a safe with regular keys...I am not rating the site but the product. I do not know the site but I know the product, and I believe it is just fair to advise potential customers that this product which THIS SITE advertises and sells is not reliable. Maybe customers should buy another product from this site... Btw, the manufacturer of this product is a very good brand. it just seems that the electronic lock which they include in this particular product is not reliable and should be avoided.

Three emails sent and no response..

Three emails sent and no response... Package not delivered yet after 5 days delay...extremely unprofessional... Even the delivery company dpd they work with is worse.... I have not experienced anywhere such a customer experience.
