From the beginning when the Challenge was first announced it was clear that the value on offer was immense. And this value feeling just kept building and building.
Firstly in the structure, the daily workbooks and clear expectations of what needed to be done, and the exercises to take us out of our comfort zones. Secondly in the amazing community of supportive fellow participants and thirdly in the quality of the Cogito team itself led by Sarah. Very happy I took part!

I enjoyed the 5 day challenge immensely which made me rethink how I go forward from here. I came to realise that my social media skills are woefully inadequate, something which I need to address as this is such a vital aspect of my intended property journey and something that is holding me back. I hope Cogitio do not mind the analogy but like Jeremy Clarkson in Diddly Squat Farm, the tv programme did more to convey the mechanisms of a working farm in one series than 30 years of Countryfile ever managed to, likewise Cogito provided me with a complete insight of what is required to set up your own business. This mastermind day was beyond what I expected. Sarah took time to understand my journey and focus on what I wanted to achieve from the day. I took part in the free challenge which was excellent. The accompanying workbook was of a high standard - I used it daily to complete tasks that had been thoughtfully considered to give maximum value. I will continue to refer to it in the coming months as I now have a very doable plan of action to move forward. The energy in the group was high, driven by Sarah Poynton Ryan whose genuine interest in motivating people to get started and grow in property is palpable. We finished the challenge feeling authentically connected to each other. I have done alot of challenges, and this one is amongst the very best. I started working with Cogito Wealth about 2 years ago, but couldn't continue for personal reasons.
