I experiencedExtremely disappointing experience and poor handling of payments a serious issue with…
I experienced a serious issue with CoinCasino following a transaction on December 6, which appears on my bank statement as an incorrect/double charge.
Despite providing clear evidence from my bank account and official bank statements, the support team took almost two weeks to provide a final response.
Throughout this period, I only received generic and repetitive replies, with no real clarification or meaningful investigation shared with me. In the end, I was simply told that I was “not charged twice,” despite my bank records clearly indicating otherwise.
Additionally, two transactions that were declined by my card were later credited as casino balance, without my consent, instead of being returned directly to my card. This created further confusion and raised serious concerns about payment handling.
I find it disrespectful to make a customer wait this long only to dismiss the issue without properly addressing the documented bank evidence.
Overall, a very poor experience, questionable transparency, and payment management that raises serious doubts.
Not recommended.
Withdrawal Speed Could Be Faster
Deposit went fine, gameplay experience was good, they have all the providers. Withdrawal took a bit more time than I would have liked (around an hour to process).
Withdrawal Denied Until CasinoGuru Complaint Was Filed
Summary of this casino’s tactics:
・They target users of other casinos by sending promotional emails that advertise bonuses.
・If you win money, they refuse withdrawals by unjustifiably delaying or rejecting identity and address verification.
・I was only able to withdraw my funds after informing them that I had filed a complaint with CasinoGuru.
・Immediately after the withdrawal was completed, my account was closed without any explanation.
If you are experiencing similar issues with this casino, I strongly recommend filing a complaint with a third-party mediator such as CasinoGuru. They can be very helpful.
If you are not using this casino yet, I recommend avoiding it altogether.
Scam scam scam!
This online casino is a scam. One you withdraw money of 50 and play more they earn back what they paid ypu before they let you win over withdrawl amount. Scam!!
Scam!!! Doesnt give the bonus and the games are really scammy!
SCAM ALERT
I initiated a withdrawal of **1600 EU** on December 2, 2025. This withdrawal was arbitrarily rejected **three separate times** using stalling tactics ("withdrawal alternative required," "3-month statement") that are not standard KYC procedures.
By rejecting the valid withdrawal, CoinCasino illegally forced the funds back into my balance, which were subsequently played away. This is **Predatory Retention of Funds**—not a gambling loss—and a violation of their Anjouan Gaming License obligations.
When I sent a formal Letter Before Action demanding payment and regulatory resolution on December 2, 2025, the casino’s immediate response was to **close my account (User ID: Dakajda) without any communication or payment.**
This closure is a clear attempt to:
1. Seize the disputed €1600.
2. Block my access to transaction logs and chat history (evidence) needed for my regulatory filing.
I have already filed a formal complaint with the **Anjouan Gaming License Authority (ALSI)** for non-compliance and constructive theft. I have also issued a Subject Access Request (SAR) for my data.
**Warning:** This casino uses administrative stalling tactics to ensure funds are lost, and when challenged, they will close your account to hide their paper A. This is a severe licensing breach.
**Date of Experience:** December 2, 2025
**User ID:** Dakajda
**Amount Seized:** 1600 EU
Absolute shambles of a company and a…
Absolute shambles of a company and a bunch of scammers.
I deposited 50 euro and received a Black Friday bonus of 50 euro and I had 20 free spins on a piggy game.
I ended up losing the funds and bonus funds which is fine.
I then deposited a further 112 euro the following day and got it up to 300 euro and decided to withdraw.
My withdraw got cancelled and they took the whole funds, my deposit plus winnings.
After questioning this they told me that I broke the bonus terms and conditions which was betting over 5 euro with the bonus funds. Most websites I have been on comes up with errors when doing this and stops you.
The issue is that the 112 euro deposit and 300 euro winnings has nothing to do with the bonus as I had already lost the bonus funds but they aren’t recognising it and stating that they have the right to take any winnings. Again the bonus was done the day before and this was a completely new deposit.
They have told me there is nothing they can do and won’t give me any proper answers. I asked them what would they have done if I deposited 10000 euro, would they have taken that aswell? I have basically donated 112 euro to them
Do not use this site and especially with no bonuses because you will be screwed over in the long run.

No Response Since 7 October – Funds Frozen – Severe Compliance Concerns
I am posting this because Coincasino has ignored all of my communication attempts since 7 October.
That is over six weeks without a single reply
not from support, not from compliance, nothing.
After my first email on 7 October, I followed up multiple times.
On 23 October, following legal advice, I gave Coincasino a final 30-day deadline to respond before escalating the matter.
This deadline has now passed, and I still received no answer at all.
I have documented everything:
• Complete deposit and transaction history
• Screenshots of every unanswered message
• All wallet activity and supporting evidence
• Proof of continued non-responsiveness from the company
My lawyer has reviewed the entire case file, which is now prepared for escalation.
I have also already identified five additional affected users who are ready to join as co-claimants.
This situation raises serious concerns about:
• Withheld funds
• Absence of proper compliance procedures
• Zero customer support
• Possible regulatory violations
Since Coincasino refuses to respond privately, I am posting this publicly to warn others.
If the company genuinely wishes to resolve this issue, they can still contact me otherwise, I will continue with the planned legal and regulatory steps.
I don't get your problems guys
I don't get your problems guys. This Casino is the best online casino I've ever played. Never ever made so much withdrawals like on CoinCasino! Even when I had a brief issue with a payment delay last month, their support team was awesome, addressed my concern, and resolved it. Trust restored!
This website is a scam
This website scammed me by exploiting a threat linked to Binance, resulting in the loss of all my funds. None of the games are designed to let you win, and every time I try to withdraw, they come up with a new excuse to block the transaction.
I don’t suggest this casino to anyone

Absolute scam, Crooks
Absolute scam. Rolled over my free spin funds 30 times, insanely hard to do and statistically nearly impossible. Then I try to withdraw, they reject it. Steal my funds I earned and are withdrawable. Then say I bet too high, which I didnt. Crooks. Do not deposit anything here ever
Scam casino
Scam casino, don't let you withdraw if you win, they require documents for self exclusion, never heard that one before
I don't get your Problems guys
I don't get your Problems guys. This Casino is the best online Casino i've ever playd. Never ever made so much withdrawls like on Coincasino.♥️🙏
I'll never go to any other casino.
Coincasino.com is severely…
Coincasino.com is severely non-compliant with responsible gambling standards and acts in bad faith.
Systemic Failure: Despite an active self-exclusion, the casino's KYC system failed and allowed me to open and fully verify multiple duplicate accounts using my identical personal ID. This is a fundamental regulatory breach.
Breach of Trust: The casino formally agreed via email to issue a full deposit refund for one of the duplicate accounts. After I provided the necessary information, they unilaterally retracted this written promise without justification.
Non-Cooperation: Coincasino now refuses to cooperate on the refund and ignores significant losses incurred on other identical duplicate accounts.
This case is being escalated to the Anjouan Gaming Authority. The casino’s conduct demonstrates negligence and a refusal to honor their own commitments.
I demand the immediate reversal of the decline and full refund of all deposits made on accounts opened after self-exclusion.
Stole 900 dollars after i gave my ID?
My brother trusted CoinCasino — it cost him everything
My brother trusted CoinCasino. It cost him everything.
He spent over $6,000 in a single weekend — his entire savings. Somehow, he managed to win back around $2,000+. That small win gave him hope. But CoinCasino refused to pay.
They started asking for one document after another, always changing their requirements. For address verification, they rejected our utility bill under our mother’s name (we live with our parents) and even refused to verify her passport.
At one point, an agent apologised and confirmed the payout would be processed. The next day, another agent said the payments team had “decided not to pay” — at their discretion.
That single decision shattered him.
He was thrown out of the house, his wife left, and in despair, he even tried to end his life.
I’ve seen all the chat logs, every promise, every excuse. What CoinCasino did wasn’t just unethical — it was inhuman.
I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.
CoinCasino didn’t just take money — they destroyed a family and took away a man’s peace, trust, and will to live.
