Complete. Crooks. I deposited one hundred fifty dollars but made money on almost every trade. My balance climbed to eighty-three thousand five hundred dollars over months. I decided to get my money out and play with my gains. I requested a withdrawal.

After two days no money arrived. I found myself locked out of my account. There was no warning, no email. Just a locked screen where my profit used to be. Apparently its run by crooks.

I stared at a login page that didn't recognise me. Eighty-three thousand five hundred dollars, meant for my daughters education vanished. I got silence. Every support ticket I sent came back with the line about "security review." I felt foolish and alone.

In my desperation I found Pømaadvisory. They helped me organise my trade confirmations, withdrawal screenshots and rejection notices. They walked me through filing a complaint, with the ombudsman. They didn't make promises. They just offered patient help when the platform didn't.

I am still chasing what I am owed. Now I have evidence, not empty hope.

$8,209 vanished into this scam platform, and I felt completely defeated. They ignored my messages and kept demanding impossible fees. CoinMarketCap complicated everything further. 𝙹𝙳𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝘀 investigated and retrieved all my funds. The relief I felt afterward was overwhelming. I’ll forever appreciate how they handled everything

Beware of a website tksacpa.top that identifies as Coincheck. Under the orientation of an "investment group" led by a "girl" that identifies as "Sophie Dean" in whatsap with the number +447721225018 and an alledged Professor "Edward Langley" whatsap +44 7510 614299. Alledge Prof. Langly is the administrator of a whatsap group where he gives the "investment signals". In the whatsap group you will see people making commments as preposterous as saying they were making so much profit that they would mortgage their house to invest money with those signals.
Sophie will entice you to open an account in that website with as little as $100. Then you follow the investment "signals" of the Professor and you start havung amazing profits. Problem is that when you want to withdraw your money the "Coincheck" site will say that they are reviewing your ID... for an indefinite amount of time. They do not answer or reply, so you simply lose your money as you can never withdraw it. I invested $200, made $120 in "profit" and now I realize that I will never see those usd 320 again.

I LOADED $200 INTO THIS SITE FROM MY CASH APP ACCOUNT, I TRADED GOLD FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS AND I MADE $300 IN PROFIT OF MONOPOLY MONEY FOR A TOTAL OF $500 IN MY ACCOUNT, I TRIED TO WITHDRAW $200 ON APRIL 24, 2024 AND IM WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING, I WRITE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY TEXT ON THE PLATFORM AND THEY TELL ME I NEED TO SEND THEM ANOTHER $200 TO GET MY $200 OUT, SOMETHING ABOUT TO VERIFY MY VIRTUAL WALLET.... IM SORRY BUT THAT ISNT RIGHT, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SEND THEM $200 TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT THAT I ALREADY SENT THEM THE $200 FROM INITIALLY, THIS SHOULD VERIFY MY ACCOUNT RIGHT THERE, ITS THE SAME ONE I MADE THIS ACCOUNT WITH, ITS JUST COMPLETE B.S.
I told them I'm not sending them another $200 to get my initial $200 that I want to withdraw, and they say to me if I do not send them another $200 to verify my virtual wallet that I'll never be able to get any money out of my own account.
SEE I KNEW THIS SITE WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, MAKING 40% PROFIT ON 30 SECOND GOLD TRADES, AND 95% OF EVERY TRADE I DID WAS FRUITFUL, NEVER LOST ANY EXCEPT FOR 2 TRADES.
what really pIsses me off, I wanted to withdraw $200 and they want me to send them $200 to get it, so... what if I wanted all my money out of it, The $500. are they gonna charge me $500 to get my $500, these people are scamming pieces of trash from overseas Japan, so beware... if you put money on this platform they can rob you and there is nothing you can do about it, you can't call the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU on them.
Thank GOD I only lost $200 of my own money, I was actually going to put like $5 to $10 grand into this account to maximize my profits, but THERE ISNT ANY PROFIT. ITS ALL MONOPOLY MONEY NOW.

Total scam, nice platform but cannot withdraw funds
I traded this account under guidance from a trader through WhatsApp. I made significant profits and started trading on my own. My account was 26BTC when i tried to withdraw some funds.
My 1BTC withdrawal was "sent to audit" no response from customer support. After questioning on WhatsApp group I was promptly removed from the group. After a week my account was frozen and zeroed.

I have invested over $100,000 in contract short trading with the "COINCHECK Pro" app version of the Coincheck since last year. As of now i can't not withdraw any fund at all. I have been contacted coustomer service and now was blocked by them. i was scamed, no question about it. stop trading and take you money out. Don't fall for whatsapp customer service advise to pay taxes or insurance before you get paid. All scam....

On May 23rd, 2022 I made a 1000 USDT deposit to start trading and after a few bad experiences with the trades even though I supposedly made 100 USDT I withdrew my balance of 1100 USDT and 3 weeks later it still showed "processing"! After repeated attempts I tried to find out what the problem was contacting their "online service". The first response was that the withdrawal was on hold due to it being suspected of money laundering! After telling them that was absurd and asking to see their evidence of this they next responded that they require a $562 deposit to proceed with the withdrawal! And what happened today June 20th, 2022 sealed the deal - My account has been blocked and I cannot even sign in! They have outright STOLEN MY MONEY! BOTTOM LINE: THIS COMPANY IS A GRADE "A" CERTIFIED SCAM SITE AND OUTRIGHT THIEVES - USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

It’s unbelievable that the trading fee for buying and selling is more than 5%. You have to pay more than 10% for every trade. Then calculate the profit or loss after adding deposit and withdraw fee.
Only thing is that the deposit is very friendly.

DO NOT use this exchange. They never answer emails, they have no chat function and no phone number to reach them. If you have an issue with your money for whatever reason (transfer not executed...), you are in deep trouble... Verification takes months, they can suspend any function (trading of coins, fiat withdrawal...) anytime they want without disclosing the reason or even how long the suspension will last. You could very easily end up getting your money stuck on the exchange for months on end or even longer. Overall, their service is riddled with appalling bureaucracy, very typical of Japanese culture.

Very poor service. I live in Tokyo. I have submitted my documentations and after 2 months they said my ID is wrong... I submitted 3 times but was shocked to hear the same reply over and over.

I do not recommend these people

Withdrawals are not consistent.

I have noticed their withdrawals were at times frozen. This is not how a healthy exchange performs. Making me nervous..

Tried to withdraw on March 1st. 12 days later got the status as 'withdrawal complete' no credit in my bank. Contacted support team and credit came after 48 hours. Need to improve

Apparently my money was being processed for 2 weeks after I had deposited,It seems to me they were trying to scam and try and delay me until I gave up. The support was terrible and then it magically appeared after I threatened legal action. As soon as that happened I withdrew back my money straight away and got out of there.

Perhaps legitimate but after my experience I don't trust them at all.
