Good people, burdensome signup process and no 2 trades a day :(
The sign-up process is burdensome, as the volume and detail of the documents I had to send through was a put-off for me. Also since I have been trading I have not experienced 2 trades in a single day as advertised this could have been useful when the premium was trading +4%. Speed was the main reason I chose to sign up with Coindirect but I have yet to experienced that. The people are very friendly and helpful but the underlying service is below expectations set out in the marketing campaigns,

No Access to Funds, No Reply from CoinDirect. Poor Service and Customer Support.
We have not been able to access and withdraw funds from the account.
The funds we want access to were sent to Coindirect on a network they do not support. We are looking to bridge the amount to a network they do accept so we can access the funds. In order to do this we require the wallets private key which CoinDirect refuses to give us access to.
We have issued them a legal final demand but they do not reply to any enquiries we have made and we need to access those funds as soon as possible. We have sent multiple enquiries with no response and have now looked into legal action.
This is our last attempt to get a response from CoinDirect before we make use of ChargeBackCrypto and report Coindirect to authorities and Fraud Preventative Services.
Update: There has still been no contact from their legal team despite being issued with a Final Letter of Demand. Should no contact be made a complaint will be brought forward with the Ombudsman Financial Services as well as ChargeBackCrypto.

My deposit did not reflect on my coindirect account, when I emailed to enquire about my deposit it was resolved within the hour and in a very helpful manner. The help I received was to the point and dealt with immediately. As a result what started out as a concern quickly faded to appreciation for a system and staff that clearly work very well

Received fabulous service from the support team. The direct transfers from Nedbank to their platform is the fastest I've experienced. The flat fee model is more suitable to the larger transfers and they have the widest range of crypto available to the SA market.
