We have the same issues like other users. We are paying for 100% voltage even if the miner is offline (which happens far too often), the vpn is offline or the hardware is not even on site due to technical issues. One of the owners (Til) is absolutely unprofessional in dealing with the customers. Tickets are immediately charged at € 90 per hour. Even if the fault is on Coinminingsolutions side. Unfortunately, the Chinese contact we've had for about three dozen Asics before chinese regulations, was 100 times more professional and reliable. I expected a lot more from a German / Belgian company. Costs are always higher than described on the website. Even the increase to 16 cents is realistic at almost 20 cents including all fees.
The absolute highlight was when, after a long wait for a miner that was offline for a week (and not reachable via VPN..again), another pool and access data were set. I don't blame anyone, but someone should explain that to me.

They are mining for themselves
They don't reply.
I have paid the electricity for 2021 but get each month invoices for electricity.
Furthermore they invoice a "deposit" each month - forget the reimbursement of the deposit. They just double the invoice by the deposit.
The miners never work at 100 % - although you pay for 100 % electricity.
My miner is off-line without any reason and albeit I have paid the monthly deposit.
