Receipts rejected, missions that can’t get completed, all a waste of time. Find a better app.

I have been doing their food journals, scanning barcodes and sharing receipts for 8 months and had almost 60,000 coins and then was blocked. I never cashed out the whole time as I was waiting to to get the most money I could for a special occasion. I think it's legit to block you if you were being fraudulent but I wasn't. It's absolutely b.s. I also do Receipt Hog, Fetch and Frisbee and have had no issues but I went ahead and cashed out because I'll be damned if they are going.to waste my time. I had to dig in the garbage to scan barcodes and went above and beyond to only be blocked and dismissed like the trash I dug through. All my receipts were actual receipts. They never scan my emails for receipts. So I stared emailing support and they blocked my account. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Fetch owes me over 19000 points i earned shopping with Temu through fetch i asked about those points i was not given an answer i have copys of my points due my account.

This site is a scam. They get your passwords and get your receipt copies and when it is time to cash out for a gift card suddenly your account is blocked. Do not trust them.

I’ve tried for days to make a redemption. I never get an email with the code. I’ve contacted customer service for the past 5 days and no resolution. Very disappointing

I'm very disappointed Coin out blocked my account saying I was sending duplicate recipes by accident they said they unblocked my account once as a courtesy then they blocked it again permanently this time and suspiciously both times it was always when I go to Cash out some money I sent them an angry message to delete my data and deleted my coin out app wouldn't recommend coin out to my worst enemy

After using Coinout for 4 months I had almost enough points to get only $5. Then they closed my account! What a rip off!

Tell you I completed every task that was there with the paper receipts and all of my lettering and all the tasks themselves were in green with check marks all the way to diamond I worked my butt off lo and behold on the 1st of the month when you're supposed to be able to level up go in and collect your rewards yeah no what happened was I went from bronze to silver and then to Gold but the last no not even the last two levels the diamond and I forget what the other one is but the very last two that have the good rewards they were still locked even though I did all of the test and got a green check mark next to the test itself there was nothing left for me to do that month I go in on the first everything's there the two last levels are still locked I write in and then I go back on the second and I'm back to bronze imagine that this is a total ripoff and I was doing this for years I will tell you before they reset this whole website I use coin out quite frequently actually and I got tons of money put in my PayPal account cash money this way the new way I don't know who is in charge now but they should be ashamed of themselves it's ridiculous! I wrote to customer service to tell them put back all my green marks let me get my rewards out that I have saved over the years and let me be gone because I will delete my account immediately how can they give you something only to take away on the 2nd? 0 IT'S A HORRIBLE SCAM SO MUCH WORK FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING A $3 GIFT CARD ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I had a previous problem they claimed something wrong with receipts I was using. Problem was fixed and everything was fine. Now suddenly I have quite a bit of points and went to sign in and my account is blocked again. Sent a message and got a nasty message reply saying I was given a courtesy fix and I continue to use receipts that are violating or something like that. I do door dash so I get gas multiple times during the day I'm guessing they are talking about that because I'm mainly scanning Walmart or circle k. This app is a scam they like to block people and steal their points. I was close to 5000 when I was suddenly blocked today.

I like the app but very slow to get points. You rarely win on the spin. I have spun 50 receipts without getting any points on spin. When it first started you would get points much more often. Not sure I will keep this app.

This is a scam. You upload a receipt and they claim if its one day old its expired. Coinout have very bad employees and apparently no supervision.

I have cashed 2 different times for amazon cards. One in april & one in may. I haven't received anything.

They did not want to cash out. I spent months to get the 25 dollar pay pal and it said the same ol thing every body comment about. This app sucks. And a bunch of bull crap I would not recommend this piece of $#it to Satan!

I changed my email and since haven't been able to get into my account. It keeps telling me I may have another account. I need help.

Nothing but issues either hooking up my accounts or trying to redeem my points for rewards. I've wasted way too much time with this app. When I contact support directly they reply with the AI reply you get online at their site. I'm done. Back to Fetch i go. No problems with their app.

I have used both the old coin out system and of course the new now. I've been a member for over 2 year's. I have way over the numbers to at diamond level. I have to deal with fixing emails (I have 2 of them on my account) and of course for the past 6 months, I update both on the 2nd to last day of month and on the last day of month just to see message to update again. Please bring back the old. Coin out so I can redeem points correctly and earn my $20 etc. When I go to contact us or to the chat - either one responds. Sometimes I'll get a response with we are looking into this. By the way, Chat doesn't respond with answers (like as if it is a bot) that answers the actual question. Very very disappointed!!!
I just want to cash out my 21,000 points and be done

I've been using coin out for probably at least six seven months now ; I've been scanning numerous receipts throughout the day and pretty much using the same provider for the receipts ; no problems , no warnings ,no "you're doing it wrong " UNTIL I I went to claim my first reward of $10 . When I go back to try to get into the app it says it there's a problem with my account and to contact them. I contacted them and they said that you may have another account under a different email address. Now in their rules and regulations it says that you can have up to five accounts. I have contacted them several times over the past couple of weeks ; I'm still not able to get back into the account , I've still haven't heard anything else from them , I still haven't received my $10 cash out. Seemed everything was A okay until I went to actually cash out !!!!

The lack of conducting business in a professional manner is constant with CoinOut. Here is one example, I sent this to CoinOut: "I received this notification today, 2/29, a leap day and am not clear if this is notification is for the month of March. It says: "To show our gratitude, we are lowering the amount of coins required to redeem rewards this month." I'm assuming it means the month of March since I doesn't make sense to send this notice on the last day of February. I am reaching out for clarity.

Coin out response: "The promotion was for February and is now over. We apologize for the confusion." Why would a company send this the last day of the month? Poor business practice. I have a couple others to share that are nonsensical. I'm cashing out and leaving. Don't waste your time.

I would prefer 0 stars. I have been using this system for over two years. Cashed out $20 during the old system. Now with the new system that pays 1/1000 $ which means that 100 points $0.10 or $0.02/ receipt. The old system paid $0.05 to $0.10 per receipt. I have over $60 in my account but you can’t cash out until you reach the diamond level. I put in all required information to reach diamond level, then I was locked out. Their customer service was horrible and was no help. I now deleted the app and lost over $60 . Don’t waste your time with this app.

Update
I went through a number of steps taking about 1/2 hour, but I finally got back into my original account and it shows that I am at the diamond level as what I attempted to do before I had trouble with my account. You must follow all steps in the process otherwise you will not achieve your goals.

I signed up a few months ago, and the app was fine. Then recently they changed the app where you have to login with your password and email. I forgot my password and a code was sent which doesn't work. No place to post code. I contacted them, and they didn't understand my problem telling me to go the account setting which I can't do. Then I was locked out for 4 hours.

Wrote more than six times but no replies. Lost my potential cash rewards. What a hassle. Will probably remove the app.

Fetch is superior with so much help from their customer support. I am very annoyed with Coinout!
