Great Customer Service Again
Once again, a very positive comment about coLanguage. In my previous comment just below this one, I praised them for their swift, efficient customer service. I noticed that I still had one hour oustanding with one teacher which I wished to cacel and put as credit for future lessons. No questions asked - the credit was done within less than 24 hours.

Excellent way of teaching!
I decided to take online courses because of the flexibility (whenever and wherever you want), the price (I haven't found cheapest online courses), and the method of teaching.
I visited spanish classes when I was in Barcelona but all I can say is that it was not the fastest method to improve my speaking. I spoke few minutes per lesson as we were a group of students and had the impression to be passive the most of the time.
With Colanguage, I speak one hour with a private teacher and improve faster that in a 3 hours course in language school and...I saved my money!
I have already had 5 courses and don't regret my decision at all!

good quality teaching
my teacher has been well prepared until now. Not all of the teachers are native speakers, which might not appeal to some potential students. Sometimes there have been technical problems with Skype, but in general the lessons worked out fine.

Good teacher and customized learning plan
Positive points: The Skype lessons with my native teacher helped me to grow in my learning skills. I was provided a personal learning plan which allowed me to train on my personal difficulties.
Negative points: a bit more expensive then free apps, but worth the money to keep learning discipline
