Wished I looked at reviews before I purchased! How can this company still be aloud to operate!!

Ordered on the 8th of April for my kids birthday party ( large tub at £66) no sign after two weeks and no reply to my emails .. I’ve been scammed and having to go through my bank to get my cash back .. avoid as they have went bad.. ( edit - sweets arrived eventually 3 weeks after ordering and sending 3 emails to be told they were shut for Eid .. maybe try and put up an email reply to say this instead of leaving your customers in the dark… sweets are amazing as usual to be fair on them ..

Answered giveaway question correct was 1st to do so, another name selected?, I scrolled back still on live and yes I was correct. Messaged cold candy about this got automated reply, then told their account was suspended??, very hard to contact them.

What amazing good price amazing with this got it today and I have never order sweet that big before this will last me a few months

Ordered on a Tuesday, paid for express delivery it’s now the following Tuesday (1 week) still haven’t received the order. Sent multiple emails and DM’s had no response. All this company cares about is growing a following and having influencers blow smoke up their rear. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend there are plenty of other online sweet business that provide a much better service than this company. Avoid at all costs.

Litrally messaged to ask where my order was and the lady proceeded to cancel it without a refund? Don't even know how this company is allowed to run. Plus the Halloween sweets I did order are a complete rip off litrally worth half of what I was given and they were nasty.

Shame you couldn’t give 0 stars! Avoid this company. I placed an order last month which did not arrive (DPD lost it apparently). Requested a refund which they told me had been processed last month. After numerous emails I still have not received both my order or my refund. How companies get away with this is beyond me! DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Scam candy business who False advertises on social media. If lying and deceiving your customers as part of your business practice, you’re not gonna be around very often and you still have an opportunity to change that I can’t for a second think the people making these candies are scumbags like they appear.

Got the jelly mix and there’s only 4 different varieties of sweets in a 1kg bag. They also don’t have much flavour at all. Very boring

Was watching her live stream on tik tok and just commented asking how the sweets are halal as cross contamination happens and got blocked instantly. Shame...

This lady clearly has no food hygiene rating. She was touching the sweets, then touching her phone and her face and then back to touching the sweets. Not once did she change her gloves. Reported to food safety. This business needs closing down. Gross.

I was on ticktock and she said I won a candy surprise and she said I had to do a survey then she would give me the candy for free very nice people at this candy company
