Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Booked Christmas market trip to Bruges months ago, was due to be on a Sunday so no problems with work/University. Few weeks ago were told they couldn't get a space on the Eurostar that day and it would now be on the previous Wednesday. Foolishly I had assumed that when they advertised the trip they had already booked the Eurostar. After arranging that day off work and rebooking my pre- tour hotel thought all was well. Instead get phonecall today ( 2 weeks prior to the trip) to say not enough people going so it's cancelled completely. Why they couldn't have emailed existing customers to advise that trip was in doubt, we may well have friends/family who would have gone. Instead I will lose money paid for hotel because although the trip is covered by my insurance this doesn't cover pre-trip hotel. Absolutely disgusted by their couldn't care less attitude.
