In 2023 the service was ok.
My latest experience is pretty appalling. Looking for my parcel, I received automated responses. No confirmation was ever received as to whether my parcel was found. I sent the tracking history and a picture of the delivery to the Colis-specified facility.
The last response I received from customer service; "We regularly receive parcels that are not intended for us by mistake. It also works the other way round: parcels intended for us may be delivered to another address". "We invite you to make a complaint to your merchant about a delivery dispute". Customer service is just completely dismissive and has more interest in deflecting any responsibility. No one knows where my parcel went, and from the response received from Colis customer service, they couldn't care less either. We entrust our shipments to them, and frankly, they don't deserve the business opportunity.

I have been using Colisexpat's forwarding service for several years and find it extremely helpful. So far, it has almost always worked well. In a few cases there have been delays in the registration of parcels and in the processing of forwardings. But only one forwarded parcel was completely lost, and that was the fault of the courier. However, I am less satisfied with the quality of customer service, which seems to see its main task in deflecting all responsibility in the event of problems. Once, when a forwarded parcel was not delivered due to an error by the courier and was returned to Colisexpat, I had to write countless emails and threaten legal action before I was finally refunded the postage. Also, the emails from the customer service staff are always short and impersonal and sometimes not very polite. Another annoyance is the website, which even after the relaunch does not meet today's standards and is also extremely slow.

The support turned from bad to terrible.
One year ago they answered with rude and usless answers, now the stoped answering at all.
ColisExpat lost one more my parcel and held another one for a month after delivery, before it was appeared in my stock.
I wrote 3 letters about these parcels. all 3 were just ignored ... no answers at all.
In result I have
1. Total ingnore of emails
2. One lost parcel
3. Huge delay with others
4. I had to pay for 30days overstockage for 1 month when waiting the parcels to be added. No hope.. one was lost.

At first, they are legit, and I did eventually receive my package.
However, their customer service is a disaster. My package arrived at their German facility and then disappeared. After some resistance, their customer service said they would start an investigation; a week later, without clearly communicating any updates (which was extremely frustrating), they reported that the parcel had been found and was ready for shipment (spoiler: it was not).
After waiting another week for it to become actually ready for shipment, I asked what was going on. The CS requested the docs again and clained "We didn't open an investigation previously, all we said was that the parcel was now attached to your account." Unbelievable.
But luckily, few days later the real parcel showed up in my account (under a different tracking number, though). After that everything went smoothly.
All in all, it took them over 3 weeks to move the parcel from their German facitilty to their main warehouse.

Despite assurances my package is still not returned. You commented on my previous review that the package will be returned asap, that did not happen. Almost 2 weeks of repeating myself in the emails, always same answer: ,,It will be done”. I think you don’t even read the emails or don’t care. My package still shows in my stored parcels tab. I hope you didn’t lost my package because it’s a lot of money for me. I’m waiting till end of this week for the package to be returned, otherwise I’ll contact appropriate authorities. I just don’t get how such a big reshipping company can’t return a shipment for 2 weeks, it’s literally 5 minutes work. Parcel number: 17557923 If you fix my issue and return the packa I’ll delete negative review, waiting for feedback.

Seems like this company is unlike ShipGerman...ShipGermany is gaining lot of clients because they are so convenient and your parcel reports same day when it has been received.

I have been working with this company for a long time. I was quite satisfied with 2 lost shipments. Until the end of February. They incorrectly indicated the country of origin for my shipment, instead of Spain they stated Germany. Unfortunately, the shipment cannot be sent to my German address. For 20 (twenty!!!) days now I have been asking the customer service line every day (specifically Bryan) to fix the system. During this time they have not been able to fix the error, they are not even able to answer my email. Horrible.

The parcel took a while to come to me because at first it had to be sent to the Colis Expat Station in Germany and from there to the central in France and from there to the country where I live. I am happy about the possibility to use Colis Expat - otherwise I could not receive some stuff as those companies refuse to send it to my country.

Years of using this service. Their connection page no longer works, they now have packages from me I can never pay to get shipped to me. Their connexion page is broken, multiple emails sent to them, nobody is answering. Complete scam.

Their website connexion page stopped working a few weeks ago, any browser any device, it keeps on looping back to the connexion page. I tried emailing them no answer. Years of being a customer but recently they frankly just don´t care about their customers or the fact that customers are loosing packages because of their faulty website. This company just isn´t what it use to be and seemingly doesn´t even to care.

The service is good and I always use it for shipping items from online stores who do not provide shipping to Israel.
The only two points that would make me rate them 5-starts rather than 4 are:
1. It sometimes take a long time from the package delivered to their warehouse until it appears in the account (and only then I can start the forwarding process)
2. The shipment prices of FedEx, DHL are very high - it would be great is, as an aggregator, ColisExpat would offer better prices.

Their phone number is fake. You can never get through. Their staff member, Helena, seems like a newly developed robot who can't understand customers' demands at all. She is extremely perfunctory towards customers and slack in her work. If you don't encounter any problems, it's indeed a cheap forwarding company. But once you do, your problems will never be resolved.

My package number 1699150 has never arrived at UPS since 01/28/2025 After numerous messages with your customer service, I am told that the package cannot be found!!! And that I will have to wait 6 weeks to 18 weeks for possible compensation? Because there is a survey of your service providers?? Which service providers since apparently this package never left your depot in Saint Denis. I have sent all supporting invoices for the container. And I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible for my €524.47 and my paid reshipping costs. I have been a customer of your services since 2018. Thank you for your personalized and quick response.
