This is the best 👌 company to deal with, i received my package before the expected day. And it was need well organized.

I am very satisfied by the service provided in Colisimo. The staff who delivered our package is always polite, responsible and punctual. Our items are being well taken care of. This is the main reason why I always choose Colisimo. Thank you very much and so much appreciated.

Colisimo / la poste have improved greatly over the last year or 2. Now they can pretty much be relied on.

My package was stolen by the delivery man i didn’t receive my package it was not delivered it was stolen

My parcel was delivered on schedule. The driver made sure I knew he'd arrived. The parcel was signed for. Living in rural France we rely on a good delivery service.

It's been 2 weeks since I sent off a small parcel by Priority from France to Poland and it still hasn't arrived .. Poland - not the South Pole.

The online tracker is inaccurate & the chat bot thing doesn't work.

I was originally told that it would take less than a week... so after 10 days I went back in to ask where it was I was told to come back after 3 weeks.. ffs.

Yet another example of modern day crap... what was once a simple & quick thing to do is now a pain in the arse.

Can not fault La Poste or Colissimo for delivery of post or parcels

The item I bought late on the 29th of June was scheduled for delivery on either the 30th of June or the 1st of July, all of which seemed unlikely given that I live in a small village quite a distance from any major city.

I was very surprised and even more pleased when the package was delivered intact early on the 30th of June.

Certainly that exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Colissimo has aways been good and would recommend them to anyone.

Shipment from France to Italy, it's one week that the package is in transit in France and it havn't yet entered italy. The tracking is useless and there is no way to know where the package is

Satisfied,approachable, I just wait a bit and the guy working approach me immediately when I show the QR code and voila! he gave me my package in less than 5mins I get my parcel.

I ordered from France and the person sent the item and the address was all correct however some where between here and there the address was missing my name and house number so it was returned at a cost of £35-£38 for the postage. The company are too large to argue with and this is the 2nd time its happened. Please contact me Colissimo and I will give you the pictures!! However I suppose you do not care.... If you are buying from France use HAPPY POST as they are so much better than this careless company!!!

This is the worst delivery company I have had the misfortune to deal with. On many occasions they do not try and delivery and then just send a notification that the package needs collecting. Saturday delivery seems to be part of the problem!
