Ordered my son a mousemat never arrived tried contacting 6 times or more and no response, took the money though, disgusted and as others have said SCAMMERS!

Ordered end of Nov. Emailed to ask when this would be posted out and told it has now been posted. Heard nothing since and nothing delivered. Not answering emails. Website disappeared.
Charge back with bank now in process.
Scammers, stay well clear even if website or different website appears.

Excellent professional service throughout. Extremely friendly and helpful staff members particularly over issues with our delivery (not their fault) that they were quickly able to resolve and did not hesitate to do so. Can definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
