First and foremost the product/item is…

First and foremost the product/item is not what you get. The items are very cheap and unusable. I ordered close to 12" gift bags and got tiny ones. They won't answer my questions so very poor customer service. I wouldn't buy from here. Surprised at such high reviews. Are they legitimate!!! Don't waste your money. Junk.
