I ordered quite a few items of clothing. Most of them fit, and we’re nice, but I wish the quality was a little bit better. The delivery was extremely fast and the service has been excellent. I will order again from them.

I ordered through their mail order catalog. I ordered a set of pj tops and pj bottoms. I received the tops but instead of the pj bottoms they sent a set of dishtowels. The item description clearly said PJ bottoms set with a size and the price. The dishtowels were no where near the description or price on the order form. I had to pay return shipping for the dishtowels that I didn't order along with the tops because without the bottoms I didn't need the tops. Another other item I ordered didn't come. With two other items they increased the price on me. Customer service was very rude!

Website is easy to use and I received both orders quicker than I expected. Plus, the quality of my items is very good.

We did receive our order and overall the items are fine. The hose caddies were a little difficult to assemble, due to confusing diagrams in the instructions, but are work well.
We wound up with a duplicate order, which I called in to return, but was told by your representative to keep it, as there was no record we paid for 2 sets. This was also due to the difficulty I had using your online ordering system, which when it wasn't throwing up endless pop-ups for special deals, memberships, etc., I wasn't interested in, it kept stalling and not indicating that it accepted my order or the credit card payment.
My friend, who asked me to order the items for her and gave me her card to pay for them, ended up placing the order over the phone herself, since I had no idea that your online ordering system even accepted or completed the order in the first place.
You have nice items, but your online ordering system needs to be made easier to work with.

Great place to shop. Has a wide variety to chose from. Just what I was looking for.

The product does not meet my expectations. There are no holes to assemble the back panel and there was a scratch mark on the top shelf piece. I just opened the box yesterday to put this together and came into these issues. I don’t want to wrap it all up and send back so I’m stuck with something I don’t think I’ll use. So disappointed for almost $200!!!

I would give a zero if I could. Item was Not advertised with different ingredients than the original item; so that was on them, since the ingredients was relabeled on the items with little stickers. The botanical ingredient items comes in a different packaging....should of been pictured as that.

Free shipping is a joke with a large processing fee.

Returned the item, I should have read up on the free shipping label as they charge 13.99 for that. My bad.

They charged my account an additional cost without consent. So, from the original $33.26 with the additional $8.74 they randomly just took out of my account (total $42.00 they took), I got a whopping $19.62 back on the return???

Bait and switch, and over charging my account.

If they make a mistake in your order, they correct it as soon as you let them know.

I'd ordered 1 set of these previously. They were so lightweight, cooling, & comfy I decided to buy 3 more pairs. You can't see any bumps or ridges. Your parts look smoother & better than they did before. My thighs are ridiculously happy!
