Good Value and Above & Beyond Customer Service

Bought a couple of packs and a single art Pokemon card from their online store having been into the physical shop a few weeks prior and found the customer service in the shop and the selection to be fabulous. So I was pleasantly surprised that the online store is exactly the same level of excellent service, value and availability. Very trustworthy and all items purchased have been in good condition. I also left a nice note in the delivery (something I often do to make someone smile, but assumed no one reads it) and got a lovely response back as well, including a few little free gifts, which was really kind and made my whole week.
