I’ve always cleaned my own van, including roof, but this year I decided enough was enough and somebody else should have a go. Charlie and Jody (I suspect mainly Jody) won. What a difference. My 6yr old Bailey didn’t look this good when new. The bonus is their whole attitude and philosophy, what a great couple. It is a pity not all caravan businesses are like Collier Street. Also worth a mention is their site, it is worth a drive out even if only to have a word with them, discuss your needs and use the café.

After having a bad experience elseware as a first time buyer in being miss-sold a faulty caravan I legally could not tow I was very hesitant on purchasing another caravan but came across Collier street and took a look. All I can say is wish I had found Charlie and Jodie the first time. With all my nerves Charlie showed me around and confirmed the tow limit and matched me to a great caravan and even answered all my questions. Payment was easy and the standard of the handover was fantastic, everything was checked over and replaced that needed, the clean was like picking up a brand new caravan. When I took the caravan to site the first time there was a little thing I could not work out and a text to Charlie to ask the question even had a responce back within the hour that was in the evening. If you want true advise and know you are buying from a safe seller Collier Street is your go to place

We chose the gold standard internal clean for our motothome and was extremely happy with the results, certainly was a gold standard. It came back like new and smelt lovely. Very friendly and plenty of advice for a new Motorhome owner.
Highly recommend and will certainly use again.

We needed a four mover setup for our newly acquired twin axle Pamplona. I phoned around to get quotes from Powrtouch dealers in Kent. Not only was Charlie's quote the best, he gave me some excellent advice and fitted us into his workshop program as quickly as he could.
He did a superb job and as a fully apprenticed tradsman of many years ago, I appreciate the standard of his workmanship.
We are very happy customers and would recomend Charlie and Jody to anyone at any time.

We recently purchased a secondhand caravan from Charlie and Jody at Collier street caravans, this experience surpassed our expectations. We were wary to start with, but there was no pressure, we were not rushed and we walked away feeling that we were treated with respect and paid a fair price for our caravan. We were to pay the full amount when delivered to Tanner Farm on the 1st. April. Well it looked like new, spotless inside and out and all the additional items purchased were within the caravan.

Fast, efficient, hassle free purchase of my caravan that I reluctantly had to sell due to a bereavement and advancing age. Same day service, I phoned them in the morning they arranged to inspect the van that evening and we did a deal and the money was transferred to my account so they could take the van away there and then. Jody & Charley are a most helpful couple

Our Bailey Ranger Caravan water pump stopped working on Easter Sunday we were recommended Charlie from Collier Street Caravans by Tanners Farm at Marden,Kent, where ours is sited and called them on Tuesday morning.

Charlie came out that afternoon and fixed the problem very efficient and fast friendly service at a reasonable price would not hesitate to use Charlie again.

Truely a fantastic service. Would highly recommend. Customer service and advise was outstanding. Refreshing to meet people who genuinely care about theyr'e customers.

We were looking for our first caravan, so we were a bit wary and having read horror stories of privately purchased caravans being damp or having other problems. After looking at a couple of caravans for sale privately we decided to look at local dealers. We found Collier Street Caravans through an advert on Gumtree and they had a caravan which ticked all of our boxes at a good price and offered 3 months warranty. I emailed Jody and arranged a viewing, she couldn't have been more amiable and obliging. The caravan we were interested in was like new. We decided that it was the caravan for us and Charlie showed us how all the appliances and the motor mover worked. There was no pressure sale and we were given all the time we needed to look around the caravan.
After buying we did find a problem but Charlie and Jody sorted it out quickly for us. Well Done CSC for providing such excellent Customer and After Sales Service, very rare in this day and age - things do go wrong in the real world and you can tell the calibre of a company by how they respond and resolve problems and Jody and Charlie definitely proved what a high calibre company they are building and running. We'll definitely be buying our next caravan from you when the time comes and will recommend CSC to anyone looking for a caravan. Thank you Jody and Charlie, you deserve to be successful.
