Order delayed and incorrect…

Order was delayed in being fulfilled and shipped. Order was incorrectly engraved and the “free refills” that they said they were including to make up for the delay in shipping were not included. Called their customer service number and was asked to ship back the order and send a copy of their email about the free refills. Very disappointed in the whole experience with this company.

Incorrect Ink Converter Advice

I ordered the Waterford Converter per the advice of a representative for my 5280 Aspire Fountain pen and it did NOT fit. Luckily I ordered the Mini Ink Converter which DOES fit. Representative incorrectly advised purchase of a product that was incompatible and a waste of money. Please correctly advise customers on converter compatibility in the future. I will not bother returning the incompatible converter as it is a waste of time and I have already wasted $7.50 on it.

Had issues with getting answers via…

Had issues with getting answers via email from Colorado Pen regarding a recent order. I finally called and learned that they were having issues with a new system they purchased and it was creating havoc throughout the system. It would have been nice if they had sent out an email alerting their long time customers of the issue but with that said the individual I talked to was extremely helpful and apologetic. She immediately addressed the issue and made sure my order was sent out so I could receive it in a timely manner. Kudos to her and her efforts. For this, I give 5 stars.

I love how smooth the Parker ballpoint pen writes ! I’ve always thought so for a long time! Your order arrived very quickly and was packaged really well. I’ve ordered fountain pen cartridges before from you and they were excellent! Thank you!

Great customer service and a good...

Great customer service and a good selection of pens, inks, and refills. I have bought a number of pens here and have consistently gotten timely delivery. I recommend Colorado Pen to friends and family and will continue to shop with them in the future.

Great refill ink cartridges for Fountain Pens

Great refill ink cartridges for fountain pens under Colorado Pen brand. However, the perm blue and black did not seem to be available (couldn't find) so I ordered a different color blue (2 actually). Shipping was fast arrived in a few days via USPS.

Service not up to my standards

Not actually any friction, but I consider the service to be below average.
I ordered five Waterman ballpoint refills on 2/10/2018. On 2/11 I received an email stating Colorado Pen did not expect to receive the refills in their stock until 2/20. I was to reply to the email if I was out of ink and would like for them to send one refill immediately. i replied that I was out of ink and requested one refill be shipped immediately. On 2/12 I received a reply email that a refill was being shipped that day. The next day I received an email stating that it was shipped on 2/13. I finally received the one refill on 2/17. That is not "immediately" to me.
Today is February 20. I have received no more communication from Colorado Pen concerning the other four refills. I just logged into my account, and my order is still "Processing." I am not impressed by the "service" from Colorado Pen.
