Took too long to get the refills. If out of stock, as I was told, I should have been notified. Not 3 days but two weeks to get them

Can’t get these refills locally, so glad you have them available online.

Ordered just one rollerball refill for my Rotring pen, as I wasn't sure if the one available at Colorado Pen would fit (different brand). It does! The shipping materials were super. The refill fits. I am happy and will order more items from this seller.

Great products combined with great customer service!

More importantly then a newly designed interface, clarity, a huge selection of refills, and organization that encourages self help is the phone support I appreciate most. I have some custom pens that require odd sized refills and you folks never fail to come up with the right recommendations that get these pens back on to paper. One suggestion: Your basic shipping speed has to be ramped up without gouging the customer on price. Charge ten cents more for each refill and ship priority at the very least. Otherwise a perfect user experience.

Love this company! I only use them every few years and I only spend $10 or so, but I can't find the product locally so it's nice to know that Colorado Pen will always come through for me.
