Great service for quality products. Most dealers do not stock the replacement Visconti Eco-tip rollerball tips. Colorado Pen has them and ships them immediately. Had them two days after placing my order.

I had to call to track down my order, that I paid to have express shipped. When it didn't come for 2 weeks I had to call and found out the order was never placed and was re-submitted that day. I will say the woman who assisted me with my order when I called was very helpful, courteous, and apologetic. I feel that I should be given a store credit against my next purchase, as a review of my account will demonstrate that I make several purchases every year.

I just needed a bottle of Waterman ink, and Colorado Pen filled the order quickly and correctly. This is my first order with them, so I think it's a little early to rate any higher than 4 stars.

Pen has nice heft and is comfortable to hold. The liquid ink flow makes writing very easy and enjoyable. The cursive lettrring theme on the pen takes me back to when I first learned handwriting, so for me it makes writing feel like a new experience again. Texts and email are great, but this kind of pen lends itself to slower and deeper thinking, for journaling or substantial lettrr writing.

5 Star review. The pen took a little longer than I liked to arrive. Not Colorado Pen's problem, but the PO doesn't send an opinion survey.

As for the pen, it's beautiful. Wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. Paid $75 to Colorado Pen. Same pen listed in 2 places on Amazon. One was $165 and the other $244!

Promptly done, but engraving did NOT match my choice and website image proved it. Customer service acknowledged their mistake, but I still had to pay my own shipping back since time critical for a birthday. We’ll see if it is corrected

Order was filled properly. I got the estimated date for delivery. It did not come. Waited but did not realize fillers were on backorder until I called. Still, I appreciate the fillers.
