The contact lenses are beautiful and comfy to wear, but ..I refuse to pay double the shipping cost, guess it time to look elsewere

I just ordered my first pair of ColorCL contacts and wow. This is the fastest customer service I've received in a long while. Their customer service is excellent! I asked a question regarding my payment option, & contact lens and they answered within 5-10 minutes. They respond to all your questions, and help you in the best way. In fact regarding their contacts, they offer affordable prices with great quality. Many reviews about their contact lens shown on Youtube prove it to you.

5000+ star company! I had a problem with my contacts stinging my eyes and they were so nice about it and provided me with information on how to fix it. AND then they sent me 80$ in free products to try new lenses since the other ones weren't working for me. I've never experienced better care from a company and shipping is really quick too considering its from south korea. affordable and much better for brown eyes too.

I haven't ordered any lenses simply because the shipping is twice as much as the actual lenses which is a shame because I would order in a heartbeat if not for that. Wish it wasnt that way. Their contracts look very natural. 😞

Wow im super impressed! I ordered 5 lenses on 23/06/20 and it arrived in Singapore on 27/06/20, one of the fastest delivery i have came across! Via DHL express. The contact lenses are gorgeous, the price is fantastic & they are very generous in providing each lense with a case. Will definitely recommend ColourCL and order more in the time to come!

Why is the shipping price so expensive ? 28 dollars just for shipping ??? A big no no. The shipping price was much cheaper before.

Just got my order. It was so fast! I have looked up tons of other companies and they always have alot of bad reviews. Their packaging is great and I love my contacts. I have been screwed over by other companies and am only ordering from colorcl from now on. Good prices. I wrote on my order plz leave it in my mail box not my door and they wrote that on the box. Of course whoever delivered it still left it at my door but I appreciated that colorcl paid attention to what I said. Looking forward to my next order!

This company is great! I just received my first purchase and it only took FOUR days. It actually came a day earlier. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for colored contacts.

I’ve been using their contacts for about 3 years. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my colored lenses. The quality is amazing and they are PERFECT for dark eyes. Very natural.

I received my order from Colorcl without any problems within a few days. The products were beautiful and the package was very nice. When I contacted Colorcl customer service about a small mistake in the contact lenses, I got a very quick and nice answer. I was very surprised about the immediate delivery and the polite customer service. They sent me new contact lenses and a few free products.

At the beginning I was worried about ordering from Colorcl because the company is very far away...
However, the shipping was easy and really customer friendly. Big praise to all employees and thanks again for the help and the nice mail and gesture with the free products!

Hands down the ColorCL Siesta Crystal and Crystal Iris contacts are the most natural, realistic lens I have ever worn, and the least expensive !!!! I have tried many different expensive color contacts, purchased from well known international companies, but they do not remotely compare to the Siesta Crystal and Crystal Iris collection if you are looking for a very natural, realistic contact. They look so real no one will think for a second you are wearing contacts!!! Also, shipping is incredibly fast!!!

Absolutely amazing company. Great and friendly service.I have ordered lenses from them couple of times and I was always more than satisfied. They were delivered from Korea to Croatia in a week and the quality of the lenses is great. There is variety of colors to choose, I got compliments from a lot of people and some even ordered lenses themselves when they saw how it looks on me. Lenses are very comfortable, I wear them for 10-12 hours with no problems at all. They always send you a small gift with every order which is really cute and a sign of gratitude.
Will order from them in the future and definitely recommend them to everyone.

Colorcl has the best customer service I’ve experienced! Any issue I’ve ever had with them has been resolved in a friendly and professional manner. I’m always happy with every purchase and their contacts are amazing, they look very natural and are comfortable as well. 100% recommend. Oh btw they changed their customer service email, if you have issues contact support@colorcl. c o m, they reply within a couple hours. There’s no spaces in “com” but for some reason I couldn’t post an email address.

I have never left a bad review on any company in my life because, companies have always reached out to resolve issues.

I ordered a pair of colored contact lenses and they have been shipped to the wrong address.

I went to the address they were shipped to and the home owned stated they had not received anything .

I then went to the USPS where they stated they had nothing for me.

I reviewed my confirmation email and the company did send my lenses to the wrong address.

Seems like an easy fix to resend my order right?

I ave sent several emails and tried finding a number to call but it appears they dont even have a customer service department???

Nobody has even reached out to me to try reconciling the situation.

I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this company.

The price for my lenses was 15$ which is very affordable as they are supposed to last for 6 months (though I probably will change them after 3 months or so). I found these online as Solotica dupes and picked Siesta Beige. The color is nice - light gray (and I have dark brown eyes), no zombie effect. It looks natural from a distance but when you look closely you can easily see black lines typical for color lenses. Next time I will pick a different model. Also they are quite comfortable AND they were delivered to Europe from South Korea after a week or so. And the company included a Korean sheet mask in the package which is great because I love using these :)

Ordered from this site because a bunch of YouTubers were raving about this brand and how affordable the contacts are. Decided to make a purchase on Christmas Day and I received a tracking number the following day. Purchased Siesta Gray and Siesta Sugar Brown. Received them on January 3rd today. On my dark brown eyes and complexion ( NC37/40 from MAC) I really love sugar brown but the gray had a large pupil hole making it look more fake. For $34 this is a great site to get lenses from and they last 6 months. They’re more comfortable than solotica monthly natural colors ocre.
