Disgusting

Disgusting, directly insulting, rude and literally said she doesn't want any business from ANY drag queens EVER. She says repeatedly she can act however she wants and it will never effect her business. I even saw an instance of her doing this in a response to a review on her own page! If you love or appreciate any Queens or just believe in kind professionalism, boycott this mean, unprofessional, pompous, arrogant, emotionally unstable trash.

Waited 2 weeks for products and got this email when I reached out for the 4th time..

I purchased 3 items (nothing special or custom order) but I reached out both emails (onlineshop@xerionskinscience / xerionskinscience / colorsthatgoboom.com and facebook messenger about my order). Then when I posted on their form asking for help and how disappointed I am with exceptions of service, I kindly got a refund and this email! Lost a customer for life and just wanted everyone to know how this person runs their business. Then after she sent this terrible email sent a facebook 'feel bad for me' post and then deleted my comment when I commented her entire email and said I would have understood but she had no transparency.

Hello! Sorry to bother you but I placed an order on the 16th (sure its due to holiday) but I couldn't find when the shipping or tracking number are expected to go out. 😅

I got no return emails from the 3 above and this FB message:

Hello! Sorry to bother you but I placed an order on the 16th (sure its due to holiday) but I couldn't find when the shipping or tracking number are expected to go out. 😅 I emailed on Thursday (both emails) and sent a email on the website (3 total) and haven't heard anything back. Thanks!

FB: So sorry! I live in the mountains and we just got 18 inches of snow on top of 6 inches the day before and my power/internet has been spotty. Yes, you will receive shipping info once your order has shipped. It will go to the email you provided when you ordered. Keep in mind that I make everything I sell, I don’t just wander into my warehouse and put your order together.

Me:Thanks for the information...I didn't see a help center to provide that to me, so I reached out. No worries. 💗 cant wait for my goodies!

Hi Emily-
I am confused as to why you felt the need to rant on the ‘shop now’ section of my website since we had already spoken via email. Let me set you straight about some things. You placed an order two weeks ago. Two weeks is the average processing time for an order, as I am an extremely popular online vendor. I also make my products rather than purchasing them pre-made and putting a label on them. I pack each box with thoughtful samples, and send a hand-written note with each order. This level of care and attention takes time. Your order went into queue with over 50 orders in front of it. There are people who ordered before you who have not received their order yet, and who want their products as much as you do. I should ignore them to make your order first?

When I left research science to do this, I promised myself that if that big of a pay cut - I wasn’t going to work for ash-holes. You, my dear, have become an asI was going to ash-hole. I am going to refund your order, and you can consider yourself banned as a client. Do not contact me again. If you place any future orders, they will be refunded without being filled. I don’t work 18 hours a day 6 days a week to put up with your whiny b*llsh*t. Good day."

Good morning! I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that orders have a 2 week processing time for regular orders, and 3 weeks for custom orders. Please adjust your ordering accordingly.

You may have noticed that orders have slowed down recently. That is true. As I have become more popular, I am finding it difficult to keep items stocked, since there are only so many hours in the day that I can be standing at my lab bench. In order to facilitate getting your orders to you more quickly, I am afraid I will need to start eliminating products so that orders will go out in a more timely fashion. In the coming weeks, I will be dramatically reducing my makeup offerings. I hope that by getting rid of these labor-intensive products, I can reduce processing times. Thanks for understanding!
