Worst experience ever,
lts been 7 months that I’m still waiting for my delivery! I ordered a hoodie and a tote back worth 150€ and never got it ! The help support is ghosting me. Every week im sending an email to Colors, nobody is replying. So please do something about it… how unprofessional! Rather give me back my money, rather send that order !!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with Colors. I ordered a couple of shirts from their website, but they never arrived. After waiting far beyond the estimated delivery time, I reached out to their customer service multiple times, but no one responded. It’s as if they completely ignore their customers once they’ve taken your money.
To make matters worse, they never issued a refund, despite their failure to deliver my order. Now, I’m in the process of filing a claim with my bank, hoping to get my money back. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that clearly has no regard for customer service or reliability.
I would advise anyone considering buying from them to stay away. Save yourself the headache, because it’s not worth the hassle.

I ordered a shirt, and had no news until one month later, as it was apparently on its way. 2 weeks later I received an email that my order hat been delivered to me, but I didn't receive anything, and I was home the whole day. The company don't answer e-mails, and there is no other way to contact them...
So a good waste of money!
