Excellent service. Ranita was great when we came into choose our tiles, vanities etc.
Everything turned up on time and was correct.

I shopped around several other tile places looking for a particular tile to suit our decor Upon entering colour tile in Orlando st coffs hbr we were met with very friendly staff willing to help and offer advise on the correct tile to choose whilst listening to what I needed Nothing was too much trouble
There was also a very large selection compared to other shops in coffs

Rod and the team at Colortile Coffs Harbour are always helpful. Good service, good range and good price. If you want something they don't have they will do their best to source it for you.

The service was great. I visited several times, kept changing my mind and asked a million questions. The lady who served me (and I'm sorry I don't remeber your name) was happy to answer all my questions and steer me in the right direction. My bathroom its almost done, and the tiles look fabulous.

I was happy with the service upfront and also the availability of the tiles that I wanted.
The only thing I would have benefitted from was having the tiles taken around to the back of the house, where the tiling job was to be done. They are very heavy, and tiler who did the job for us is an older gentleman and it was hard work for him.
The gentleman who delivered them was friendly and helpful up to that point.

Quite a few hiccups at first but with the change of staff, the experience improved dramatically. Very happy once I dealt with the owner.

Overall experience was most satisfactory. We were impressed by the staff assistance in selection of colours of the bathroom tiles and with volumes of tiles needed. Help with additional tiles, an unexpected problem, was handled with patience and understanding to achieve a good result.
Only adverse comment concerns the hardness of the wall tiles selected which caused an increase in the builder's time (and cost) to drill necessary holes as well as the cost of a new diamond drill. I overheard a comment that the tiles were floor tiles and not wall tiles!

The people were easy to deal with and helpful. The tiles were available when promised. Prices seemed to be competitive.

I received excellent advice and service every time I went to the showroom. The delivery of my tiles was perfectly timed with my builder. I have to give credit to Georgia who was amazing with her advice and service. I absolutely love my bathroom.
