I had a query about a discount code that was on offer for signing up to text as it didn’t work. Three attempts to explain to Customer Services and they responded with standard T&C’s that didn’t apply to my purchase, failed to understand a really straightforward issue and made assumptions without asking a single question. There was nothing about my potential purchase that meant I didn’t qualify as per T&C’s. It was a fob off and disingenuous offer. Although reading the reviews I think I have had a lucky escape

I bought the very expensive wow dream coat supernatural spray and was so exited for the results ref it’s anti humidity. Well I’ve never seen anything like the result as my hair was really frizzy and awful. Very disappointing product that does the exact opposite to what it says

I used the heat protection spray and kale leave in conditioner. I had long healthy hair, not damaged. After using this product only 3 times. My hair started breaking round the hair line, then throughout the length and majority of my hair. This started in November and its now Feb. Now I have hair thinning at the scalp where it has actually caused my hair to fall out. PLEASE don't buy this. I'm so upset, it will take years for this to grow out......I'm worried the baldness may not recover. I cannot believe this stuff is allowed to be sold.

Loved the dream coat so much I presumed the rest of their products must be amazing so I bought the shampoo and conditioner, the kale and carb leave in conditioners coz my hair is fine and damaged and the mystical shine spray. My verdict so far is still not 100% and I will update again after more time using them but I will say this: the 1st parcel from Lookfantastic arrived with an exploded/burst conditioner and the lid of the shine spray broken in half but no damage to the box? Weird. Customer service was great though and sent me 2 new products for the damaged ones super fast. 👌 The conditioner is useless so I won't be buying that again. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling like a wire pad but I'm still hopeful it's just stripping/cleansing products from my hair real good. The kale conditioner does feel nice and I don't need to straighten my wavy/frizzy hair on work days. I've only used the carb treatment on my hair once along with the kale and my hair felt dry afterwards but maybe a bit fuller. I'm going to continue to experiment and update this review. But yeah it's not looking good for the shampoo, definitely not the conditioner (I actually prefer my discount John Frieda) and the carb leave in is still undecided. My dark hair is shiny anyway so I don't see the hype there either- I couldn't tell if it was shinier or not... The dream coat though I love. And I've also been wondering if my hair is actually drier than before so after reading these reviews and spending so much I'm worried 😟 to be clear I bought the dream coat, shampoo conditioner and shine spray from Lookfantastic and the x2leave in conditioners straight from wow hair, oh and the bombshell spray for big hair but I've not used that yet as I saw a video saying I need to use without dreamcoat on wet hair so I'd messed up my routine. Tbc...

I used color wow to straighten my curly hair for an event in October, and as I live in London I wanted to protect it from humidity. It definitely was frizz free throughout that week of straightness. But it damaged my curls so badly they have not been the same since. Stringy and frizzy, and the curls have no shape anymore. I have spent the last 3 months trying to bring them back to life to no avail. I just spend an hour trawling through my pictures to confirm and you can see pictures from before I used it, to after. My hair after is now wavy and unruly, not curly. I'm so heartbroken.

Avoid all these products they are terrible 😞 I have long blonde hair (highlights) in perfect condition until I tried the wow products after using only twice my hair feels so dry and damaged, looks dull and lifeless. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. All the videos on social media make these products look amazing.. what a scam. Do not waste your money or ruin your hair. If you want beautiful hair try Olaplex best I’ve ever used.

Bought the Wow VOLUME serum and paid around £25 for it but in simple words it did nothing to my hair! It does not give volume no matter what technique I use to dry my hair and it is all lies and fake reviews please do not waste your money on this awful product! My cheapest LLIDL brand is better than WOW so please do not get scammed by reading all the fake reviews. I tried to contact them to get a refund and even the contact emails are fake …… surprise surprise NOT! No reply nothing! DO NOT BUY!

Purchased the colour security shampoo and conditioner. First time I used my hair was like straw. Tried again thinking it was a one off. This time my hair was so dry I could barely get a brush through it. So bushy that even straighteners made no difference. It’s taken ages using another brand shampoo to repair my hair. Tried contacting customer services to give them a chance to rectify but they never reply.

I’ve used a number of colour wow products (some better than others) and for Christmas I received the “Dream Cocktail” kale infused leave-in treatment. It is the only new product I have introduced in recent weeks and since then my hair has become thin, brittle and splitting- extremely fragile and “crunchy” feeling as if it has been chemically treated. My hair is normally glossy and thick and healthy looking and feeling - I am devastated. Had I purchased it myself I would be returning it along with a robust complaint, but it was a well intentioned gift from a friend who knows I like looking after my hair. I really hope I can reverse the damage now that I’ve stopped using it. I’m so upset! Please do not ruin your hair using this product!!

These products were great when i first used them and i bought more. Then my hair severely dried out and i had to stop using. When i asked to return them all and reported the issue with my hair i was told that i could only return products purchased within 30 days and i had to pay to ship them back. what a scam!

ordered from colour wow to have recieved the totally incorrect order. They are now asking me to return the item (go out of my way to return an item they INCORRECTLY sent) before they will send me my item!!!!! No contact number or email address to contact someone AVOID AVOID never again!!!!!

Absolutely terrible product all of them I followed the reviews which I now believe to be fake or paid for, ruined my hair please please please do not waste your money, turned my bleached hair dry with a green tinge, I’m so shocked there’s people actually lying about these products, I even gave the rest of my used products to my friends and daughters and they said the same, absolutely rubbish and please colorwow don’t try pays to say otherwise

DO NOT BUY THE COLOR WOW DREAM COAT!!!!! It ruined my hair!!!!! I had extremely healthy hair and a lot of volume! After one month of using this garbage my hair started to fall out and it’s extremely frizzy and it’s snapping!

So my sister turned me onto Color Wow last summer and at first I loved it however after using a few months i noticed MAJOR hair breakage! I went for my usual hair color service a month ago and my stylist was so alarmed at all the breakage around my hairline!

My next appointment with her she is going to have to use an even more expensive technique and will take longer due this product. I actually forgot to mention it to her but will at my next visit.

I even bought and have been using the Money Mask and is expensive and not sure it this also contributing to my hair breaking! I have been going to her for almost 5 years and this has NEVER happened!

Wasting money only as didn’t see any results . If there’s any chance to return it I will do it as I purchased 4 products but results looks very poor

I have to say after reading reviews on here I was worried about using this product after I purchased it but I can honestly say if you have thick frizzy curly hair it is a definite game changer absolutely brilliant,my hair is a nightmare to straighten,once I’ve straightened it it’s frizzy within the hour it takes many times to get it straight it still frizzes out.if you use this product and follow the direction on utube you won’t be disappointed, since using wow it’s easier to straighten and I don’t need to keep straightening it.no breakage at all like some people say infact I’d say it’s in better condition because I don’t have to keep straightening it. absolutely brilliant at last I’ve found something that really works,thank you wow

I have used the Color Wow Dreamcoat for some time and have always been pleased with the results. I kept seeing the Extra Strength Dream Coat being advertised so was excited to try it. My hair went from thick, shiny and bouncy to dry, brittle and limp after using it. More alarmingly ever since the first use my hair has been falling out in clumps in the shower. I would say I’ve lost or broken a quarter of the hair that was on my head since then. Worse still, I’d got another bottle which I gave to my mother and was horrified when the same thing happened to her. I’m devastated as I’m getting married next year and my hair will never return to how it was by then, not to mention that what was meant to be a nice gift to my mum has also left her in a mess. Seeing the other reviews on here is really concerning. I don’t know whether it was a faulty batch or what but I’m not willing to try again. Absolutely devastated.

Bought the root cover up in platinum. Disappointed & not worth £29! Firstly it’s not platinum it’s a golden/yellow colour. Doesn’t cover up roots as well as promoted & doesn’t last. These companies false advertise products and it’s a rip off.
Don’t waste your money.

I purchased this product for my wavy hair in hopes of reducing styling frequency and eliminating frizziness. However, after just three uses, I had to throw away the whole package. I immediately noticed my hair becoming dry, brittle, and prone to breakage. To make matters worse, my hair started falling out in clumps during showers. I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to warn others: please do not buy this product. It might be suitable for different hair types, but for me, it wasn't worth the risk.
